Q: Does this fit epipens?

If your EpiPen is the standard of about 15.2 mm (6 Ins) in length it will fit 2 pens in comfortably. You could have room up to 170mm I'm guessing that an EpiPen is no thicker than an insulin pen so you should be fine. My wife has just used hers on holiday for her pre filled insulin pen and thought it ideal. Hope this helps

Maybe so it last long enough for long journeys?? Mine is good .Would recommend this item.

Yes I took mine in hand luggage, but I did need a letter stating that I had to carry in hand luggage

Pretty cold. It has two ice packs. Like all of these things it depends how hot it is and how long it is in a warm place. I took it to Spain in 27 degrees and had it in the car for most of the day and it was still coolish.
