Q: Why doesnt it say the towel sizes that will fit?

I had to read the description at the bottom and it told me what size paper towels to use. and it said c-fold paper towels but I truly believe they are actually to long for the machine but they work.

Q: Anyone tried mounting it horizontally under a shelf? (I'm guessing without gravity the towels won't keep dispensing.)

I don’t think that would work, that would force you to reach into the dispenser to pull out a towel, which defeats the purpose.
