Game play is the best..
The only thing about PES 2013 I didn't like was that it was not available for my new PS4 ... I have played thus game since it started as winning eleven and thought it superior to FIFA... it may not have all the correct team names and licences etc, but always better than FIFA for me.. after playing fifa 2013 and now recently 2014 and getting to actually like it I still finally had to get the PES 2014 for PS4 finally. .. I'm not disappointed and have stopped playing FIFA as this game to me is simply much better.. the menu etc is not as nice but the game play and online features and club and the feel of the controls are better and in my option more enjoyable than FIFA.. PES has once again beaten FIFA for those are fans of the real sport.

The long-time FIFA vs PES battle.
This year, it became real.I've been a PES fan for quite some time, but was starting to consider going FIFA based on the 2013 and 2014 releases. Then, came 2015. Konami stated it was a "back to the roots" for the series, and although I can't tell that's exactly right, it's as close as it has been. Note that my opinion may be biased, since I have much more experience with PES than with FIFA. My FIFA experience comes from playing at someone elses.PaceThe way I see it, putting it as simple as you could, there's a choice to make between FIFA and PES: simulation-y or arcade-y. FIFA is slower paced, even slower than real life if you ask me, while PES is a faster paced football game, although going to the other extreme: you don't frequently see a 90 minute game with the players running up and down, left and right like crazy. I personally like the faster pace of PES more. I like the fast and thrilling speed more interesting, and keeps everyone excited. In the end, it's a matter of preference.LicensesThis is one of the turn offs for FIFA fans about PES. Yes, PES doesn't have as many licenses as FIFA, completely missing the English Premier Leauge and its teams, which have made up names and kits. Yes, there are additionally some off teams and players here and there. Yes, two made up leagues for completion purposes (one for South America and one for Europe). And yes, it strongly emphazises on South American and European Football only. Take all that, pile it up, and I still feel it doesn't reach the greatest plus in licenses PES has over FIFA: The Champions League. If you have either PES or FIFA, you're like me: you turn into a screaming, excited little girl with big tournaments. Plus, don't you dare tell me you don't go "The Champioooooons" at the begginning of every game.Graphics and look-alike of playersBoth FIFA and PES look incredibly well. All star or high profile players look as if they were stamped into the game, while lesser, unknown players received the "generic-looking" treatment. Move along. After all, we don't play football video games for the graphics now do we?Things that are missingYes, can't be perfect. I must admit, I like the Become a Legend mode on this game. It's a different perspective. The BAL game mode has drastically declined since PES 2013. It's there, but gone are the managers, the different purposed cleats, the training focuses and bonuses, even those meaningless scenes where your teammates interacted with you after a good game are gone. It's just a game after game thing. This was done with a purpose: the myClub and Master league modes took what BAL left. These modes feel very complete, and are very entertaining. As extra ConsI spent close to two weeks having to unplug the LAN cable from my PS4 so the game would initially load, since the Konami servers were down, and it took around 5 minutes of wait befire the game decided the connection had timed out.Controls are less intuitive. Don't have the "Auto-Move" button on BAL so your player would place himself automatically where he should, the Quick Feint function (Hold Right R1, and move Right stick in one direction) and its Custimzation can't be found. All in all, remember: it's about tastes. If you ask me, the main decision between FIFA and PES is the pace you like in the game. Both are great. I just feel PES is so close now to be the ultimate football game. Please feel free to comment if I'm off somewhere, or if the missing stuff is there, and I just couldn't find it.

I can say PES 15 feels exactly like the game I see on TV
Just getting into soccer, but I can say PES 15 feels exactly like the game I see on TV. The way players and crowds react, and the fact anything can happen, anytime. Player graphics are honestly iffy, I feel Fifa 15 has better visuals, but the gameplay here is more realistic. You have to out think and strategy your opponent like the real thing, not rely on the turbo button. My cousin, a soccer nut from an early age who owns Fifa 15 feels the same way: Not as pretty player models (the stadiums are great!) but much more challenging, realistic gameplay. Very happy.

International Superstar Soccer is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back to international superstar soccer Deluxe timesI always prefer PES over FIFA. Why? Gameplay period!I played all PES starting from SNES 'ISS' - International Superstar Soccer.I played up until 2013 when Konami was smoking some bad drug or something.FIFA started to beat or catch up to KONAMI about 2012. Konami has messed up up until now. I even skipped PES 2014.FIFA still has better presentation, online players / connection and licenses but Konami definitely better in gameplay and player animation. The faces in Konami def better than EA also. The best soccer game will arrive when Konami merges with EA to produce a game togetherAs of now this soccer game is back to the roots. if u played pes 6 or older winning eleven this is time for u to get this u wont be disappointed

Friggin awesome
Best since 2008! Ive played pes since it first came out and I tried 2017. 2017 is slow and bad. This edition is the best Ive played of post 2000 issues. Someones review said never been so excited to miss a shot. That is exactly how his game is. Been away from soccer awhile but ever since I got this one, Im playing every day. Its awesome. Wish I could update wt latest transfers but still great.

I had a great expectations for this game since i got the PS4 ...
I had a great expectations for this game since i got the PS4 and totally blow off, its too bleak, too sensitive in the fouls aspects. Lack of balance when the player is pursuing the ball. I remember when they used to simulate the referee giving some warning to the player for the first foul but now it's just a straight YELLOW CARD for simple stupid foul. I can never finish the game with 11 players. The only thing worth of watching is the graphics. I didn't try the FIFA game yet, I guess I'm gonna have to!!!Good Luck if u wanna buy this game.
