I bought these for menopause symptoms. I wasn’t able to take it long enough to notice if it helped with those or not. For about a week I was completely EXHAUSTED and couldn't figure out why I was constantly wiped out. Then I remembered I had started taking this about 10 days prior. I stopped and within 36 hours I was back to normal. These also made me feel a little on edge, like I might go off the handle if something went wrong. I take Wild Yam for hot flashes and ashwaghanda for anxiety/calming if someone is looking for alternatives. Everyone is different and these could be awesome but just didn’t work for me :(
