I ordered this as one of many spandex because it knew it would be hard to find the perfect pair. I have yet to receive the other pairs, but so far these fit perfectly. I’m 5’1” and 103 pounds and XS was perfect. I’m not sure if I’ll be keeping these, it depends how they compare to others. I got the pack with green, black and grey. I love the colors!Pros:Others said that these didn’t have a high enough waist band, but it was perfect for me. It falls right below my belly button. It also feels very secure. Considering the price I was happily surprised bu the thickness of the material. It feels really nice. Also it is most definitely squat proof (for me at least). I even tried stretching it out and it didn’t show through.Cons:There’s really only one con, but it’s pretty important to me. This might not be the same experience for everyone, but it folds in weirdly on the sides. It’s not quite camel toe, but it definitely comes close. Also the fabric rides up a lot. I did a little jog and it immediately went up, but I don’t really mind that. You will see this In the photos.

I bought these to wear to sleep in the summer and to wear under skirts/dresses. I used the recommended size which was Medium and was a bit scared that they would be too small because of some of the reviews I read. They fit me perfectly. I am 5’9” and weigh about 150 Lbs, I have a big butt, thick thighs, wide hips, and thin waist. My waist is about 32 inches. In the front the material is long, but because of my butt the material stretches and rises so the shorts are right below my butt crease. I walked around a little in them and they seemed pretty stable, granted it was just a few circles around my room and they were fresh out of the pack. They are not too thick around my waist or thighs. Although they do give a bit of a camel toe. I got the black, white, and grey set and the white ones are a bit see through. You can kinda see my underwear and even my skin through the white ones. The black and grey ones don’t have that problem. They are stretchy and comfortable. I am satisfied with my purchase for now. I will update my review after I have worn them a bit.Update: I have worn them multiple times under skirts and dresses and they work great. I don’t have any issues with the fabric rolling and they seem to stay in place. I guess the only issue I have is that the waist band has a pocket since technically these are for working out, so if you wear a tighter skirt or dress then the area around your waist ends up looking kinda chunky. But overall I enjoy them.

I do not write reviews on Amazon.. like ever. But I wanted to write a review for these shorts because I was on the fence about ordering them after reading some reviews. I am 5’5 and 135 pounds. I hate when spandex shorts, leggings, other work out bottoms are tight. I don’t like feeling sucked it and having too put in effort getting pants on lol. Since I haven’t bought spandex shorts in awhile, I decided to play it safe and order a medium (I’m usually a small in running shorts). They are fantastic! Not sure how to explain it, but they are tight enough to serve their purpose but also loose enough that they are very comfy when you’re moving around and working out. Do they ride up a little? Yes. But I’ve never owned a pair of spandex shorts that don’t so that doesn’t bother me (and I’ve owned nicer ones ex: Nike pros & Lululemon). Can they give you a bit of a camel toe? They can, but again, you’re buying spandex.. it’s not a surprise. I wear longer shirts to the gym, so even if it rides up a little in the front, my shirt covers it and it’s not too annoying to pull them down a bit here and there. Overall, I was very nervous about this purchase, but they are definitely a good buy!

Wouldn't buy Again

I bought these specifically to wear under dresses and skirts so I can run, crawl and roll around with my daughter without having to adjust for modesty or flash people. These are perfect. The material is silky enough that skirts don't stick to or bunch up because of them. The high waist makes sure there's no muffin top or weird indents to show there's something under the dress. They're short enough that they don't stick out under the skirts and I don't have to fold them to get a good length. They are also really comfortable and didn't make me sweat or overheat on a sunny 90F degree day. I love these and as soon as the other color combo I want is back in stock I'll be ordering more.As far as exercise shorts? I'm not physically in a place where these are really flattering. While they fit really well, they just look a little off and are a bit tighter than I'd wear in public at this weight. But the shorts seem great. The white ones are a little see through, but I've never met stretchy white shorts that weren't. I've been lounging around the house in them though and they're fine for that

I bought these for my daughter mainly for the red because she’s a wrestler for her HS and she usually has on her black compression shorts. I’m never sure about buying “compression” or “yoga” shorts like these online because so many times I’ve gotten burned because they end up being totally flimsy, yucky polyester, or see through and the opposite of what you expect “sport” compression shorts would be. These are definitely much thicker and better quality than those falsely advertised items. They’re pretty thick and I stretched my fingers inside the material to check if they’d be see through and other than the shape of my finger, I couldn’t see through the material at all. I usually buy her size small but the waist ends up being a little baggy so I went with an xsmall and will update once she tries them. I really like these those and I may end up getting some for myself to wear under my BJJ gis when I train.She’s about 5’2”, weights between 125-129 lbs and has a tiny little waist. Will update on how well the x-small fits her
