great value, sturdy-enabled me to be outside!
installed in 1/2 hour. cement blocks under middle support feet provides sturdiness and support without sway. i was able to get in and out of home for dr. appointments and socializing, after breaking by leg. very satisfied with chair ramp!

Really poor design . Poor company to Deal with
Has two MAJOR flaws. First being a 10 ft ramp which folds in the centers. When opened up the bottom of the ramp has a steep pitch and the second half (top) is flat. That created a very sharp angle trying to go up the ramp. VERY unsafe to use Second the legs are very cheap and bends or fails to stay in place. (In the picture they are just off the ground) Again really poor design Tried to return the ramp. The company tries to buy you with a small refund or you pay to ship it back. That can be very pricey

Great customer service
Ordered this ramp to use for my mom‘s three wheeled scooter. It did not work well for that, but it was not the fault of the ramp. After corresponding with the company, they were very accommodating about helping us with a return. They offered us a 30% discount to keep the ramp but since does not fit our needs we are going to return it. They provided a prepaid shipping label which will only cost $40 to send it back which for something that size is more than fair.

Rated for 600#? not.
I had my wife walk on it after setting it up and was flimsy until I reinforced it. I'll keep it as it serves the purpose in a portable ramp but I would be hard pressed to say it is rated at 600#

Handle may be weakest link On 10ft ramp
The 10 foot ramp will suit our needs well - our dog has to avoid stairs for a few months so this ramp will go from the top of our deck to the ground. My husband and I walk with the dog up/down the ramp single file and while the ramp flexes a little there is no fear it will collapse. If your ramp will be a “permanent” solution, Secure the ramp at the top (there are predrilled holes for screws or nails) and put the unit on a firm/flat surface. The two halves are hinged together at the bottom. If you intend to carry the 10ft ramp around with you know it is heavy/awkward & the plastic handle may be the weakest link. Our handle arrived broken, the seller promptly helped us resolve the predicament.

BUYER BEWARE - subpar return policy, product not adjustable
This ramp is not a fit for our home, as it does not go completely flat in the middle, and thus had a very steep bend in it that we couldn't get over. As well, the support legs on the unit do no reach our steps and they aren't adjustable, so there was no way for us to make sure that this was a safe, secure item for us to use. And, BEWARE: When trying to return item because it is unusable in our situation, seller tried to get us to keep it by offering a $30 return and telling us we could sell it ourselves to someone else, or offered to have a label sent to us for return for $50. So now we're either stuck with an item of no use to us, or out $50 bucks. Not a great choice either way. If you have a very shallow/low area that you need to reach from the ground, this ramp may work for you, but the horrible return policy in case it isn't a good fit, or as in our case, completely unsafe, is enough to have me warn you to not buy it.
