Q: do they fit all clubs ?

I have a 460cc Big Bertha Driver and it fit just fine. Also the 3 and 5 fairway wood covers fit perfectly. Good quality when received. We’ll see how they hold up.

Q: Are these slip on/slip off? What is the "velcro closure" for?

Yes, they are “slip on/off”. They look like the same covers I bought, but mine have NO Velcro. They’re nice covers but I must tell you that the knit part gets holes in them pretty quickly. They still work well, but estheticslly, the holes don’t look good.
