365 by Whole Foods Market, Organic Orzo, 16 Ounce

Whole Foods Market by Amazon has the best dry bronze cut pasta which is why I keep coming back for more with my subscribe and save orders. I have become a Whole Foods dried bronze cut pasta snob. I won't eat different brands of pasta now. I have tried other brands of pasta like Barilla bronze cut pasta that don't even remotely compare to the taste of this dried pasta. Without a local Whole Foods store by me I order all different shapes of this organic Whole Foods dry bronze cut pasta for all my pasta needs. They often have sales on Amazon brand stuff that this fits under too. So, why bronze cut pasta? First of all it is actually al dente after you cook it with a much better flavor than grocery store pasta. As the Orzo description says it "is made in Italy at an authentic pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organic durum wheat, our pasta is bronze cut the old-fashioned way and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor". And yes it has "authentic" flavor unlike grocery store pasta. One of my other other favorite Whole Foods Market bronze cut pasta is Casarecce. It is like an S shape 1.5 inch long pasta that holds the pasta sauce very nicely. It is a fantastic replacement for a spiral or penne shape pasta. Here is it's description: "Our organic casarecce {cah-sah-rech-ee} is made in Italy at an authentic pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organic durum wheat, our pasta is bronze cut the old-fashioned way and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. Originally from the puglia region of southern Italy, it means "homemade" in Italian. Its unusual twisted shape is the perfect sauce grabber and pairs well with all your favorite recipes." I really recommend that you try the Whole Foods Market Organic Bronze Cut pasta in its different shapes for a better dry pasta experience.

Great Taste! I can’t find these anywhere since they closed Whole Foods where I live. I only eat organic and it’s really hard to find organic orzo. Price is reasonable.
