Does this come with a USB?

It doesn't come with a USB cable. On the board are two USB ports, at the top of the board is a USB mini port for powering and flash/programming the microcontroller (it can also serve as output). At the bottom of the board is a USB micro port which is specifically for US-OTG and can not power the board.
