This product gives me the best curls without looking weighed down or greasy. I have tried 3 other products and they SUCK in comparison. I haven't finiflshed any of them and I am on my 3rd or 4th canister of this.

I really liked all the good stuff in this product. Hydration is something I struggle to achieve with very dry 4C hair. Unfortunately this could not penetrate my dry hair. I have found that pomades work best for me, better than creams but I wanted to try this. I think it would work great for a younger woman who has no gray and who does not have 4C hair. It smells wonderful!!

Very smooth feeling, smell not so great but not a deal breaker. However, the texture of my hair was dryer than usual. I would buy again. I will try added hair grease next time.

Wanted something that did not have a scent or alcohol and give me great curls. This product checked all the boxes. Ordered again!

My lovely sister gifted me the entire line of Urban Hydration and it’s just, WOW! I can’t say enough about it, the quality is incredible. My hair looks beautiful and feels unbelievable! My hair type is 4C and shrinkage was a MAJOR issue for me. I’ve tried literally hundreds of products. However, I’ve never been able to wash, twist, air dry my hair and IMMEDIATELY have length, before Urban Hydration!! I’ve already twisted my hair for the night and regret that I didn’t think to take a pic beforehand. I’ve proudly worn my hair natural for decades. Well before it was as mainstream as it is today. At least in some parts of the US, anyway. I’m a veteran on the topic and I promise, Urban Hydration will not disappoint!! For all my fellow 4Cs who’ve searched as long as I have, you’ll absolutely LOVE it. Sadly after buying this, my 2nd jar, I had to return it and use up some of the gazillion lesser creams I have. Interestingly enough, I STILL have length despite using those products, because of Urban Hydration’s shampoo, deep conditioner, detangle lotion and leave in conditioner. Needless to say, once I’ve depleted the ginormous jars of all the “other stuff “ I’ll be back. I’m 1000% team Urban Hydration and you will be too.
