These are great supplements. I got them because I can't always eat like I should. These will help me.

Just checking with vitamins I feel OK. I feel more energetic, but I gotta see the health benefits are where I can give you any more feedback.

I like the fact that I am getting my nutrients from fruits and vegetables vs factory made. I take the immune booster brand and it does give me energy to walk in the mornings. I took off a star because I catch myself sneezing sometimes but no colds.

I wanted to try something on par with Balance of Nature because I have some friends that swear by it, but not as expensive. I decided to give this a try first. I did notice extra energy fairly quickly so I was thinking it was just placebo effect. After the 2 month supply ran out I decided it probably was just my imagination and decided not to reorder. Three weeks later I realized that not only had it indeed increased my energy level but it had helped with my aches and pains which I didn’t even attribute to this product. Therefore I can’t say enough good things about it and for 33 cents a day I certainly get my moneys worth and it now is the only product I keep on auto ship!

I can only assume it helps, as I can't tell a difference. But that is true of a lot of supplements. However, it does give me bad gas. So, I only take one when I know I am skipping the fruits and veggies too much in my diet.
