Last Confection 12" x 12" x 3" Deep Square Aluminum Cake Pan - Professional Bakeware

These pans are really larger than you would think. It took 3 boxed cake mixes to fill it. That said I estimated the baking time and checked with a toothpick. It needed 5 more min and presto it was done. Cake was perfectly baked. I prepared it for baking lining the pan with parchment then butter and a dusting of flour. No cleanup needed and I was able to cool it on a rack and tip it out onto a platter with no sticking. I wanted the large square size to carve up the cake and these pans do come even larger if needed. Great investment to add to my baking tools.

This was much deeper than any cake pan I’ve ever seen. So if you often have a problem with pans overflowing, this one solves that problem. It also seems to heat and bake evenly which is the main thing and appears to be worth the money.

This is a good pan. Easy to clean. There's no rolled in lip, reason why I bought it. No more trapped food or oil or water.

The pan came in a sturdy red packing box and kept it from being dented during delivery. The pan is very well made. I really appreciate that it is seamless and cake batter will not be trapped in the corners. It has a thick aluminum material. Be sure to hand wash; dishwasher soap will damage the aluminum pan. Be sure to oil and flour well when baking cakes to prevent sticking. I am a happy customer.

When you want it to be vreatI use this product when want the cake to be as good as I can make it. I’m not a chef. The batter bakes evenly. The pans clean up easily. Nothing goes wrong. A quality addition to the kitchen stuff. As in everything, the right equipment makes a difference

Sturdy and easy to clean

I'm delighted that with this pan, I don't lose any perfect Brownie Space because there are no rounded edges in the pan. In all fairness, I always line my pans with sprayed parchment, but this pan operates beautifully!

Pan is nice and heavy to promote even heat distribution. Probably a bit large for every day cooking, will use mostly when expecting a crowd. Recommemded if you need a large, heavy duty, pan to bake or roast vegetables for a crowd.
