Faulty item tricky return policy activities
The item was not packed at all. It was simply taped up in its thin plastic transparent packing. It did not work when tried. The return policy was full of holes. First pickup was scheduled then it disappeared from the order page, but an Amazon agent came and quietly took the item back with nothing showing on the order page. Bad product, even worse sales approach. Disgusting.

Supports DTR, DSR, RTS, CTS handshaking signals
Complete Serial cable functionality at an unbelievable price. Checked the functionality with an age old Residual Gas Analyzer designed in 1996 which require RTS, CTS & DSR apart from RXD and TXD.
