Makes an excellent mold release
I read on the net that lecithin makes a good mold resist and works with both rubber and silicone molds. Further it's non-poisonous (food grade) so it can be used in molding things like chocolates and soaps. However the spray-cans of lecithin "mold release" contain additives that are both poisonous, can damage molds, do not work with rubber molds and have difficulty with even silicone molds. I tested this product thoroughly this evening. First I tried it full strength, but it is very thick and dark. It worked wonders as a release but again, too thick. So I diluted it with Mineral Spirits (not Mineral oil), at a ratio of about 2 parts Lecithin to 1 part Spirits (you may wish to experiment to get a consistency ideal for your work). I don't know as if doing so retains "food grade" quality, but it works very well for poly resins and the like. I put a thin layer of the mixture on the mold, poured in the resin, gave it time to cure. It came out of the mold with no difficulty at all... more easily than any other release agent I've ever used. (I've tried silicone, peanut oil and mineral oil with some success, but never with total satisfaction). The Lecithin/Mineral Spirits combination forms just the right consistency to coat the mold, and releases items from both rubber and silicone molds with equal ease. This seems to be top-quality oil and is very condensed and thick. I'd frankly prefer it much thinner, but it is what it is. It has the consistency of thick molasses... which is why I thinned it a bit with mineral spirits. I know zero about lecithin except that it makes good mold release agent. It seems like a good product.

Works Great as an Emulsifier for Butter
I'm using this to make homemade oat milk butter and it works great. As an emulsifier it does the job to create a blend of oat milk, refined coconut oil and avocado oil to make a smooth butter which does not separate. Just try not to get it on your hands, it does have a weird sticky texture which is not easy to wash off.

Seems high quality
It looks like soy lecithin should based on videos, but I personally couldn't get it to work as an emulsifier. There is definitely a learning curve to using the pure liquid stuff it seems

Arrived with loose lid
The product looked good but it arrived with the lid loose and the material had leaked out of the jar and also out of the bag it was sealed in and out of the outer bag as well, so I was afraid to use it. But other than that it looked like an excellent product.

More time
I use this to extend shelf life of edibles and so far it works well. I like that it doesn't add a taste in my recipe and you only need a small amount. So far so good!

Perfect!
The product is great. I purchased this for making gummies on the recommendation of a friend. The seller was very responsive in addressing a shipping issue. I will purchase again and I recommend this product and this small business.
