George does it all. Better.
If you're here you are looking for a solution to a vacuum or a carpet extractor. You saw George is both. Your search is over. He is worth every penny. The suction power on George is amazing, it's too good in some instances that you have to develop technique as to not let the hose attachment get stuck to the floor. i should mention i use him for home and in my car detailing business. The exactor is phenomenal although like every full size carpet extractor wand it can be tricky to get all the tight spaces. i have no real complaints that come to mind. George. You won't regret buying him.

I should have read the bad reviews
Youre better off with a wet and dry vaccum and paired up with a regular vaccum, this one may be 3 in one but it does each job poorly, suction isnt great, the extractor is poor, the only good thing is that it looks good.

Great for hard floors.
George is an excellent alternative to a mop and bucket when it comes to hard floors. No more dirty water, or long dry times. The small extractor is also a great fit for detailing the car or dealing with pet stains etc. The standard vac function is nearly identical to Henry, and works well. My only complaints are no cable retraction, and I wish there was a smaller option for the hard floor scrubber/squeegee.

This review is aimed towards Amazon. Not NaceCare or Henry
I own both the Henry and Henry quick and love both units so I was very disappointed that I had to return the George. I don't know what is going on with product control. I've ordered a total of 3 Georges at this point, two from Amazon, and one from Walmart. I have returned all three. All three were shipped in the original product box with no outer protective box. All of the boxes looked like they were kicked down the stairs several times. The first unit I purchased from amazon was completely dead. Neither the pump nor the vacuum motor worked. The second unit was missing the George smiley face attachment so I sent it back. I know that it seems insignificant but if I'm going to pay over 800 dollars for a vacuum it better be perfect. The third unit that I purchased from Walmart I actually used before returning. My comments on that unit was that it works just as well as any extractor that I've every used but the dry hose attachment is way too short to be practical. I don't know why they didn't include the same length hose as on the Henry. But I was going to overlook this and either purchase a longer hose or just use the one from my Henry. That is until I tried to pick the unit up to walk up a set of stairs. When I did so the bottom cannister fell off and tumbled down a few stairs. Keep in mind this was with the dry set up meaning no water and an empty bag. I thought initially that maybe I didn't secure it properly but no matter how carefully I clipped the motor head on after walking a bit the cannister would always detach and fall off. After examining the clips on the side of the motor unit I realized that they are different than the ones on my Henry and much flimsier. I don't know why Numatic changed the design of the clips on the George but they do not secure the cannister. Thank goodness that I discovered this problem before it happened with a cannister full of dirty extractor water. I am very sad about this unfortunate flaw and will not purchase another George until this issue is resolved. Update: I went back on my word and purchased two more units, both from QVC. The first unit had a dented hose wand floor extension so I could not fit the pieced together to vacuum the floor. I exchanged that through QVC which I have to say provided excellent customer service over the phone. First time I ever ordered through QVC. Unfortunately the second unit they sent out had a pin-hole leak in the extractor solution hose so as soon as the pump was turned on water started spraying out of the side of the hose. My wife thinks I'm crazy and we now named the last two units George IV and George V. Unfortunately they are both now deceased and the throne is vacated. Update I purchased a sixth unit and finally I have a working unit. The performance great which is why I tried so many times to find one that works. The youtube performance reviews are accurate and if you can get a working unit I believe you will be very pleased with it. I have been talking to NaceCare recently about a warranty issue on the Henry Quick cordless vacuum and I must say, they're customer service is top notch. David their Technical Support Supervisor has been very helpful and pleasant to work with. My confidence in NaceCare/Henry eliminated any worries that I had about purchasing more Henry products in the future. After realizing that a lot of my issues may be due to Amazon sending out damaged units or having them damaged due to poor packaging/shipping I'm going to change my rating from one star to 4 stars so as to not intentionally harm NaceCare/Henry who I believe was not responsible for the majority of the issues encountered.

Great product for the price
Over all pretty good for the price, gets the job done every time with no problem, it’s retry straight forward, it just has two switches. My only complain till this moment is that the hose where the attachment goes cracked after a month of being used but I clamped it and it seems to be working fine. Some things could be improved.

Be prepared for parts that break.
It was great in the very beginning but a key part of the extractor part broke within a few uses. It doesn’t seem like it’s a part on the manufacturer part list that you can order. Other parts aren’t so easy to get because it’s a foreign company. I’m not sure if I would’ve bought it had I known the parts we’re going to break.
