Great flavor. I mix mine with at least 24 or more ounces of water. So it's not extremely sweet or overpowering. It mixes well and doesn't leave granules of the mixture which is a huge plus. No stomach irritation and it works just as well as other amino blends. Definitely going to be buying this brand again.

I have these BCAAs on subscription every month, and I’m seriously never without them. The flavor is so good — not too sweet, not too artificial, just really easy to drink. I actually look forward to mixing it in with my water during workouts or even just throughout the day. They dissolve well, no weird clumps, and they make staying hydrated way easier. I’ve tried other brands before, but I always end up coming back to this one. Definitely worth keeping on subscription!

Love the taste of this amino acids powder! I pair usually with my creatine that has no taste and when combined a get an amazing pump at the gym. I feel better when lifting heavy and I surprise myself when lifting heavy how light it feels. I am not sure if it's this amino acids & creatine mix or just a placebo effect. The mixability is great and the ingredients does the product justice

Ghost amino acids can’t be beat, especially for the taste. I purchased the amino acids to drink while working out and the flavor of the watermelon is great. I gave it 4 starts because is just a bit too sweet for me but all I had to do was just add more water to diluted it down. I use one scoop for about 24oz. It easily dissolves with no clumps. Its really good value for your money.

Totally a well made item. The flavor was spot on and not overwhelmingly sweet like others that I've tried. Definitely a great addition to my creatine for daily use. Totally hydrating and packed with recovery energy. Great value and a cool blue color.

If you're into BCAA and other supplementation for workouts, it is likely that you have heard of Ghost. We've tried a couple of their products and wow do they hit the spot during the most grueling of workouts. While the tangible benefits are obviously there, little matters if the drink doesn't taste great. Lucky for this product the taste is awesome. Taste ok, but I feel like it doesn’t give me the effect I was wanting taking pre-workout. Other workouts makes me feel like my energy is up to par, this is it’s strong as the others.
