Been using this for about two years as birth control. Not a single "missed" period. Easy to take and can be taken when you want/need on your own schedule. My period has been more regular and a little less pms symptoms. Inexpensive, does the job without interfering with my body's natural rhythm, also is an abortifacent if necessary (no plan b needed). I love it and would highly recommend as birth control.

This helps regulate my crazy, crazy cycle. About three or four days before my expected cycle, I take one dropper (about 14 drops) in a liter of water. I can usually expect to see my period within a week of use. This has been so helpful because before I began using Q.A.L. extract, my period would almost always be two or three weeks late. Sometimes it wouldn't come at all. This has been a game changer! The only minor side effect has been some slight stomach cramping that does not last. Definitely worth it for me. I did start out using less drops and worked my way up to more. That was just so that I could see how my body reacted.

It really works and is way more helpful than Rescue Remedy was for grief. I am not gonna lie when my parents were passing away I would often find myself on the verge of tears or full-blown fit of tears and sadness at different times throughout my day. I have found that when I put a few drops of this under my tongue… I actually feel much much better. I am still able to feel my emotions, and at the same time I am able to hold it together during difficult times of grief much better than without this product. I cannot tell you how or why this works…. but frankly it does. I have recommended this to several patients and they two seem to have had good experiences as well.

It works well, however I am experiencing swelling in a certain area whenever I use it. The swelling takes weeks to go away. At first I wasn't sure what was happening, but I finally confirmed that is this product. Apparently I am allergic to Queens Anne Lace, and will have to find another alternative. I am disheartened of course, it is a natural alternative, and it really works well.

It helped me not get as harrassed by perpartrators in public, the way they were coming at me reduced greatly as once it was near impossible for them to leave me alone even one some p harassing me by yelling following me in public. l did not stay on top of taking it regularly till it's finished, but initially even a drop was too much, l couldn't bare it, then l stopped then l took it after using other essenses that worked better for me now l can take 4 drops several times a day which was impossible in the beginning, its extremely powerful, but too be honest without real worship and praise, that l learned from prayer team with Richard Kelter l would not completely get the benefit of this flower essence. It does work.
