Scooters are FUN!
Very pleased with this scooter, purchased for a 6 year old grandson. It is very sturdy. It took him a minute not to be intimidated, but then he was off and running on it. Runs good on grass, too! Assembly is only the handle bars, so not complicated. I have no complaints about this scooter. He has only had it a month and a half, so hoping it functions well for a long time, but do not know that at this time.

Battery will not charge
Very disappointed in this purchase. We purchased this for my son for Christmas. We have had it on the charger for over 18 hours and the battery still will not charge. I contacted customer service and they are sending a new charger and adapter in 5-7 business days. I asked if it could be shipped over night. I was told I would have to talk to a supervisor. I said that was fine only to then be told they would email me. I asked when I could I except an email she did not know when that would be. His cousins also got electric scooter (different brand) and they are wanting to ride together over the holiday break. We also bought a different brand that is slower for my younger son and it is working perfect. My other son is so disappointed. And sad that he is unable to ride with everyone. I am beyond upset and frustrated.

Only worth half the price so far
Feel like this scooter was returned previously as parts has scraps on it where they tried tightening loose parts . Contacting support now as steering is still loose no matter how hard you tighten it :( sucks to return kids christmas present he wanted so badly for this much of money
