I originally gave this product a lower rating due to issues with the item arriving broken—twice! However, I reached out to the seller, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. They assured me that if I gave it another chance, they would personally ensure the item was securely packed.True to their word, the package arrived earlier than expected and in good condition. While one of the figures’ hands isn’t perfectly made, it’s intact, and I’m happy with it overall.The seller also provided a £11 refund on the £46.99 price as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciate. Their excellent customer service has changed my experience entirely. Thank you for making things right!
