Indeed excellent pistachios. Just enough salt Tasted extremely fresh. Few nuts that wouldn’t open. Excellent value

Very good already shelled pistachios. Very fresh. I would buy them again.

Pistachios are a wonderful nut but I get a little concerned about the sodium quantity (135 grams per serving) in the regular Roasted & Salted bags. The Lightly Salted servings are a little less than half that amount and while I will admit the regular salted pistachios are slightly better tasting, the lightly salted pistachios are nearly as good. I have also tried unsalted pistachios and I will eat them because I enjoy the nut, but salt does enhance the flavor so you have to choose your intake based on the quantity you eat and individual health considerations. Lightly salted pistachios are probably not as popular and the price reflects it. You pay a bit of a premium for the Lightly Salted.

These items are sinfully addicting! No salt do you taste the product and not taste enhancements. They can be addictive. Some people say thy don’t want it if its missing the salt. Give in. Taste a small portion and for some reason want to continue to want to know “we’re still sharing, right?!) I think that answer this review and the habitual purchases.

I first ordered the "Roasted and Salty" version and found it extremely salty, too much for my taste. I wouldn’t order that one again. Then I tried the "Roasted and Lightly Salty" version. My first bag was perfectly balanced and really delicious, so I reordered. Unfortunately, the second bag was noticeably saltier than the first. It wasn't as intense as the fully salty version, but still inconsistent. I'm now planning to try the "Roasted and No Salt" version to see if that works better for me. One thing I found confusing is the pricing. The no salt version is the most expensive, while the saltiest version is the cheapest. If the same quality pistachios are roasted the same way, why is the version with added salt cheaper? How much can a little salt really affect the weight? I’m taking off one star because the pricing strategy seems to encourage a less healthy choice. Tip: If you're sensitive to salt, start with the "No Salt" version, or be aware that the "Lightly Salty" one may vary between batches. Hope this review helps.

Great addition to Christmas gift boxes! Good value! My family really enjoys these pistachios - and I like supporting California farmers.
