Great but no rewind
Easy to use, the chord it came with didn’t work. I suggest you add each video individually because you can’t rewind, fast forward or pause. Sound is clear and great set up with a TON of space. I think our video was an hour long!

Purchased 14 units: Bad cables + Randomly plays when cover closed
Really wanted to like this product. Purchased 14 units. The same issues occurred with majority of the units.PROs:o Nice product, cool gift ideao Includes cable & photo paperCONs:o When player is sitting flat on table, the video randomly plays; apparently the sensor, which detects the cover being open/closed, is overly sensitive. (occurred with many of the 14 players that I purchased)o When opening the greeting card, the video auto-plays way too loud, so the recipient of the card must use the card's volume up/down controls to immediately turn down the volume. Note that I have produced at least 200 business videos and am very familiar with audio volume levels, so I feel confident in saying that the issue is *not* due to the volume of our videos. The issue is definitely the player's default volume setting. Perhaps the vendor can give customers a hack to change the player's default volume.o The included cables give problems, with my iMac (desktop) and Macbook (notebook)... When transferring video files from computer to the player, in the middle of file transfer it continually indicates that the device was disconnected/ejected. I had to edge a pad of post-its under cable connector so that it's more snug in the pc's usb port. This helps *sometimes*. Finally I drove to Target to purchase new cables ($10 ea) which fixed the problem. Highly recommend you purchase your own cable.o Item is Priced high. May not be affordable for holiday greeting cards... If you plan to send these digital greeting cards to several relatives, it's gonna be expensive! For example you and your kids create a persoanlized holiday video message for various relatives. Then you ship these video greeting cards to 5 or 6 relatives. cha-ching! $45 per player plus another $10 for Walmart cable, this will set you back $300 fungolas..***If the factory ships better cables, plus fixes the volume issue plus the random playing when cover is closed issue, then I would consider purchasing these in the future. It's a good product and a good idea, and execution is almost there!***Also worth noting. When mailing these to relatives:This unit contains a battery. When you visit your local post office, at the screen on the clerk's counter or on the self-serve machine, you'll have to answer a YES/NO question about whether your package contains a battery. (hint: it's against federal law to lie, so if you lie on this question and your package is ever inspected, which the usps has authority to do and in fact often does, then you could be fined and/or imprisoned. So answer honestly! When shipping within the US you have to do special box labeling procedures plus you may be restricted to ship only via certain types of services, which may possibly cost more. Refer to USPS rules section 10.20.5 and 10.20.6 or just visit your post office and talk to the clerk. Most are knowledgable but if you have doubts then ask to speak with the head postal inspector on duty, who will happily come out and examine the item and clearly explain the shipping procedure. Also, it seems section 10.20 prohibits ship devices with batteries to places outside the U.S., so be sure to ask the clerk or postal inspector to explain.

Large screen and it works..easy to customize videos
I was frankly shocked that thing just worked like a champ. If you take a typical video shot on an iPhone that is vertical is screws up the display warping the vertical to horizontal...not that surprising. However it's easy to fix just go to some video editing software (I use iMovie) and rotate the video to be horizontal and then it worked great. I was able to easily rotate a half dozen short clips ...drag them into the device (which appears as a disk drive when plugged in via USB). You can specify the order of play by naming file 01xxx 02xyz 03xyz and so on. The sound is plenty loud also. For $40 it's amazing. Jury is out on how long it will last.

Perfect Anniversary Gift
The media could not be loaded. I used this as a recap for my 1 year anniversary gift. Quality is beyond what I expected. Uploading was easy with the usb, but I did have to delete the video that came programmed. iMovie worked perfectly to make this video.

Great product!!
Awesome product! Easy to load videos, easy to operate, lightweight, and perfect to send to family out of state or grandparents. Would also be great to use for business purposes. I didn’t expect much when I ordered it because it was a good price but I was pleasantly surprised. I will say that there is no way it holds as many hours of video as it claims. We got about 30 minutes of videos that were taken on a cell phone. Also, struggled to figure out how to print on the glossy paper provided. But I didn’t really plan on using it anyway. All-in-all, it’s a great product that I will probably order again.

The items programming was shot
It was very attractive and easy to play the inserted movie ad, but once I tried to install my video, it was unable to bring up the uploaded data no matter what I did. When accessed via desktop, the program was in the unit but unable to run. The axiom, "You get what you paid for" works with this purchase.

This thing is awesome!
The media could not be loaded. Love this video card! EXACTALY what I was looking for! We created a video birthday card for my 93 old father who is notntech savy.Except for voice phone calls we have to rely on old fashion snail mail to get share photos of the kids with him etc.We were able to create a video birthday card and attach photos and videos of the family for him to enjoy even though he lives far away. This video card is super wmeady to set up and use.A bit pricy but worth every penny.
