Works with a D5 pump
Works with a D5 pump, with enough space for the D5 pump top, I personally use the HeatKiller D5 Top, and had no issue. You will need an additional mount, as this just couples to the pump.

Solid Replacement
this part came with my old pump i bought forever ago but didn't need it so it vanished.. i assume i threw it away. well needing a new one i had to buy it again. other reviews are truthful. there are some bolt with it but they only tighten the isolation ring around the pump so it doesn't move on you. THE MOUNTING BOLTS ARE NOT INCLUDED. i also noted that no one stated nor does EK's website state that you need M4 bolts as there are molded nuts already in the base of the bracket. again, YOU NEED M4 BOLTS for the mount. just a heads up so you don't have to go to the hardware store like i did and spent an hour to find the metric sized and size up what you need.

2nd Item Received Broken
First item was missing some threads. Second item has the threads broken off completely. If you need one of these, buy them in bulk and return what you don't need. Some quality issues for sure.

Not enough screws. Have to go to homedepot if you want to buy this.
I was expecting 6 screws. 2 for pump, and 4 to attach it to the pump bracket. Not only it came without any package box, it only came with 2 screws for just pump.
