We just installed this gorgeous Tub Filler for our newly installed Free standing Tub. It is exactly what we wanted and more. The hand held wand makes rinsing off so easy after a bath. It also helps with rinsing the tub when cleaning. The water comes out perfectly and at great pressure. We shopped many varieties and were amazed at how costly they can be. This ARTIQUA Tub filler is durable, attractive and completely affordable. The black matte fits our decor seamlessly. The style is high end. Our son works for a 5 Star resort and when he saw our tub filler he said it was nicer than the ones in the luxury suites at his resort! Thank you. Connie

Update 07/24/23: I just wanted to provide an update to my initial review of the faucet. I have needed some help with some different length supply hoses and the company has been very responsive in helping me get them. Overall, I would still rate them a 5 star and have been very happy so far. I order the Artiqua freestanding tub faucet in Chrome and it is beautiful. The faucet seems very well made and sturdy. I cannot wait to have it installed. Unfortunately, the supply hoses that came with it were a bit too long for my plumbing set up however they have great customer service and are helping me get a custom size that will work for me. So far, the customer service has been great.

This tub filler is beautiful and super-functional. The swiveling goose neck design of the spout allows you to fully utilize both sides of the tub without bumping your head when you lean against the tub. I was shocked at how quickly it filled my tub. I love the sleek modern design. I envision it blending well with any kind of decor. I don't want to leave my bathroom! This was my first major bathroom remodel and I didn't know that the length of the water hoses inside the filler can not be adjusted. My contractor realized that we needed shorter hoses toward the end of the project. I contacted the seller (Ling @ Antiqua) and she cheerfully offered to send me the custom-length hoses to me at no charge. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. When I started looking at tub fillers on other sites I was shocked at the prices. I started realizing the higher cost ones had a higher rate of gallons per minute, which I decided was the most important factor to me. I found this one in matte black with it's simple design, and purchased it hoping for the best. When our plumber tried to install it, apparently whatever part you need to tighten during install was in a section of the faucet they were unable to access due to the design. We sent it back and when the new one came, the plumber said it was co structed differently and more appropriately so they could effectively tighten whatever it was that was crucial to install. Customer service was great. So far so good with it. I dont use it everyday but my kids love the spray feature on the hand held part. It does a good job of washing their shampoo out. Not so sure I'd use that part on myself in there or not. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase and hope buying the cheaper alternative doesnt screw me in the future

I am thoroughly impressed by this freestanding faucet. Like many others, I was dismayed by the $1000+ price tags on a lot of the name brand competitor's faucets. I started shopping around and this was the only one with consistently good reviews out of the dozens I browsed, so I gave it a shot, counting on Amazon's stellar return policy to cover me. I am glad I took the chance. The manufacturer was extremely helpful when I realized that the BPT hoses that came standard with this faucet wouldn't fit my NPT pipes. There are a few nuances which I will cover below, but nothing that offsets the tremendous value this faucet represents. Pros: - It is sturdy once installed. A lot of the competition in this price range has mixed reviews in this regard, but this one is anchored nice and tight. - The finish is high quality. Again, at this price point that's far from a given, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice this faucet looks. - The water pressure is fantastic. The shower head attachment provides tactile force when switched on and could spray 10 ft easily. The main filler fills my freestanding tub in a matter of a few minutes. - It is easily installed, though there is one "good to know" that I'll cover below. Nuances: - The instructions specify a 8mm drill will provide a big enough hole for the mounting sleeve bolts. This was not true in my case. I tried 8mm, and when that didn't work, tried the next size I had on hand (1/2") which proved to be way too big. In the end, I used cabinet screws to mount it straight to my laminate and subfloor. It has minimal wobble when grasped and shaken, and zero shake while filling. - The shower head attachment dribbles after it's switched off. It is not an issue once you realize it does this, just hold it over the tub for 5 seconds after you turn it off and you should be good. All in all, I highly recommend this tub filler, and the company who makes and sells it. I am thrilled with my experience.

customer service was superb! we had issues with one of tje parts and customer service was prompt and attentive. they provided a replacement part almost immediately at no cost to me and now our faucet works perfect! Definitely recommending their products and services to friends and family!

We purchased a free-standing tub as part of our recent bathroom rennovation and when I started looking for a tub filler I was shocked to find that the big name companies charge close to $1500 for their comparable tub fillers. Since we only occasionally use the bathtub we didn't want to spend a small fortune for something we rarely use so we took a chance and ordered this tub filler through Amazon and we are pleasantly suprised by the quality. The tub filler not only looks great but it seems to be well made and the company even offered to make new custom length supply lines for us at no cost since the existing supply lines are not long enough to reach the water supply valves. So far I am happy with the purchase itself as well as the customer service we received when I called to inquire about the new supply lines. -Zak
