I’m seeing right or left and right shot vs left shot... which is confusing for a newbie. what stick should i buy for my right handed niece/nephew

The majority of the people are right-handed and would use right-handed stick . Yet, a small percentage of people shoot left-handed that are RIGHT-handed — for instance, with their right hand on the top of the stick and the blade curving to the right.

How long is this stick?

I don’t know how long it is…but my son broke it within a week. Don’t buy it.

What is a good size for someone who is 5"4?

If you’re 5’4” you need a stick that’s at least 64”. If you’re planning on playing on skates however, you need at least a 67” stick. These sticks are far too small. Again, if you’re just going to use this for passing around at home on the driveway with no skates, you need to be the same height as the stick.
