Not so universal.
There's a washer inside which I assume is what makes the universal claim, however the bits on my rads are rectangular so I had to cut and force the washer which has a small circular hole in the middle and the cap balances on it rather than sitting firm so they tilt a bit...

These are easy to fit, but you will have to enlarge the hole in the washer to fit over the valve stem. Colour is slightly greyish.

Great replacement for missing radiator valve caps
Had a number of radiators with missing valve caps and had wanted to replace for safety. Had to enlarge the hole in the internal washer which was easily done by removing washer (rubber / plastic) and drilling and now fit perfectly. They would have worked without drilling but would have been a little wonky.

Not universal and missing one rubber washer
Not universal fitting. I did manage to fit 9 of them by drilling out the rubber washers. One rubber washer missing.
