I have notched and no-notch rims in the front. Guessing it doesn't matter, as most center caps snap onto four of the lug nuts anyway. Correct?

If you have a 1999 f-350 your center caps WILL NOT WORK. You need notches or after market center caps

What is the diameter of center hole bore, and the stamped rim load rating?

The center bore diameter is 125mm and the wheel has all the same specs as the original one.
