Fits perfectly! When my Lexus fob shattered on the floor I was sure I’d be out $140 getting one from the company. Instead I just popped the inside circuit (fortunately that survived) into this shell and it looks and works exactly the same. It would be a good choice if your fob is worn or damaged but the inside is still good.

My original key fob lost resistance on the removable key and would just slip off. This replacement housing mated up with my original circuit board and buttons perfectly, requiring no modification. Silver key slotted in fine and locked up nice and tight. FCC markings on rear are same as the original. It appears to be like 95% the same as my original, with the only real difference being the black part of the Lexus logo is shinny on this new one (matte on the old one). Honestly, no one would ever even know unless they had both side by side. I'm happy with it.

good replacement

Not so great, had hard time closing it up after inserting the key fob chip inside. I have done this task multiple times before with many other Lexus fobs but this is not fully compatible, you would have to snap off tabs inside for chip to sit else the clicker buttons would not be operable at all. I was able to close after the modification but has a metal piece shaped like L that holds the key that will fall and will be lost if not careful. I have never seen a key fob with such design where the metal piece falls and is not part of the fob itself. I would not recommend unless you are prepared to tinker with it and possibly lose the metal piece. Good luck!
