I needed a way to organize and protect my rings while also being able to locate them with a quick glance. This storage box is perfect for that..and very roomy. It can sit on a dresser or be stowed in a drawer or on a closet shelf..anywhere away from direct sunlight and/or moisture (because exposure to those two conditions may affect the treatments of some gemstones, e.g., certain topazes - but being able to see one's selection without having to open the box, and preserving one's jewelry, are certainly worth taking that precaution). If you plan to travel for an extended time period and have room in your luggage, this could travel, but who needs to travel with this many rings (that is, unless you plan to cruise around the world on your private yacht, say)? I didn't, and wouldn't, purchase this for travel, but hey - if you want to, go right ahead..mine is happy staying home. It definitely does what I need it to.

Lots of space and will fit rings of all sizes. Only issue was the one of the latches is a little loose and doesn't latch as tight as the other latch.

I was surprised that it was better then I expected. The only problem is if you have wide shank rings it's a tight fix but they do fit.

Holds a lot of jewelry and very sturdy.
