It states sulfate free surfactants.

Thin, shoulder length-shedding hair that has stays dry but must be washed every day due to am oily hair......what to use? this product?

Sounds like my hair exactly. Try out some dry shampoos (even Google diy dry shampoo for cheap) to cut back on washing....overwashomg can actually increase oil production and keep the problem going. After dry shampoos I can cut back to washing every three days which helped with shedding too. That being said, I've tried this conditioner once only and it was awesome and didn't weigh down my hair but I only tried it once at someone's house so I don't know how extended use would treat it.
