This device works great KVM crash-cart adapter for laptop to manage connected computer or server! Able to connect my laptop to a computer system, trouble shoot, take screenshots of the effected system at different points of of it's boot sequence. Very useful!! Software runs from USB data drive portion of the device it self. Pops up like any other USB drive once the device is plugged in.

I tried everything to make this work. Different (high quality) cables, firmware update, settings, and exchange for another unit. Both units had the same issue. After about 10 minutes of being connected to another computer, it would hang and stop responding. It wasn't due to inactivity, just normal use. I liked the interface and it was simple to learn and use, but having to disconnect and reconnect constantly make it unacceptable.

This is a whole lot better than dragging a keyboard, mouse and monitor into the job. Just throw this in your laptop case and you’re good to go. Every now and then it would hose up, but overall, good product.

Tool works wonderfully. Provides visibility to headless devices without having to add equipment to an already cramped space. I use it for remote hands work, gives me the control I need to deliver solutions without having to travel to remote locations.

If you work on servers then you need this device. This is absolutely awesome. Simply plug it into your laptop plug it into your server and the KVM works like a charm. Easy to carry in your backpack! Great price. I’ve had mine for over two years with no issues! Highly recommend

Doesn’t work most of the time I wish they would work on software improvements and update the gui application

The virtual-media function doesn't enumerate the correct amount of files/folders. Already tried different version of firmware, but problem persists.

This product is great value, easy to use, plug and play without need to install any driver. However the VGA pins are too weak, be careful of it will bent and break the pin very easily. I message for support and not getting any yet. Hopefully there is a happier day for me.
