It's a good solid and well made device with good specs and I'd recommended to anyone looking for a phone just under flagship level. Easy to use, beautifully made and aesthetically sound - something synonymous with Samsung phones. Quick when using and switching between apps and screens is seamless.However I do feel it's a bit gimmicky with the camera set up - I don't really see the value of what the different lenses add to the usability of the phone and I think this is what pushes the price up somewhat.I also feel as if the fingerprint sensor felt a bit loose, maybe just an issue with the device I purchased.Only a brief overview but overall a solid device but I think other devices are better for a lower price. Consider carefully when comparing to other phones.

Bought as a gift - wish I'd opened and checked it before the returns window closed.Battery life not great, and phone did not work with giff gaff SIM card so took it to be unlocked at the local phone shop who said it was a poor quality reconditioned phone with parts from various different phone models installed. They advised not to bother unlocking it as the phone would never perform well. I knew it was a reconditioned phone when purchasing it, but was expecting higher quality based on the description.

Great value for money. Very good cameras and fast/easy to use overall. The facial recognition struggles. Good screen and long lasting battery life.

Everything was fine just as advertised a SIM free and unlocked phone but it wouldn't accept some sim card and I had to take it to a phone shop to unlock it and it cost me some money. Other than that phone is good.

It doesn't have a super duper screen as some of these new phones boast with god-knows-what display, but it does have a very large and clear screen. INCREDIBLE battery life, huge storage, fast processor, brilliant camera.My samsung account automatically downloaded all my apps from my old phone and even my photos and music - I've never had such an easy upgrade.I honestly don't know how I went so long with my old phone after using this.

An excellent flagship quality phone that I cannot rate highly enough. The camera is very good as is the battery life after the recent updates that have made it Android Pie (9). It's very well constructed (it's a Samsung) & the screen is nothing short of amazing, plus it's a very good price for what you're getting.

I don't speak or read Polish the phone that has arrived is set up in Polish language not English. As such I don't know what the first set up option before I can access the language settings is.
