I was pretty hesitant to try this at first. I'm a 27 year old female, athletic and a nurse. I'm constantly on the go, yet have struggled for a few years with having a good digestive tract. I've worked with a lot of patients who struggle with constipation/digestive issues and see the consequences of it. I knew I didn't want to end up like them either. I started out by using Miralax daily for the fact that it was gentle and would work with the amount of intake I consumed (Which I drink a gallon of water or more a day). It helped every few days, but not consistently. I tried increasing my fiber intake and had the same results. I became very frustrated and discouraged. I then started using Acidophilus probiotic and it helped even more yet still about the same as the other previous alternatives. My friend ( who also struggles with the same issues) tried out "Good Belly" smoothie drink at her local Whole Foods store and loved it. She recommended that I look into it. I looked into that online but thought it was way too expensive. I ended up coming across GoodBelly Probiotic Supplement and decided to give it a try. I didn't notice too much of a difference at first, but after the first week in my system (not to get too personal) I began to notice my digestive tract seemed to get right on target! I absolutely love this product! It doesn't make you feel sick. Reduces bloating. Easy to swallow. Gentle. I store mine in the refrigerator just because it recommends to do so. I don't take any other medicine on a daily basis as it is, besides Biotin, so I usually just take this at the same time as that, generally in the afternoon or evening. Love this product and hope to purchase again in the future!

I seriously can’t live without these! I usually grab the juice version from Aldi and save the pills for when I’m traveling. They genuinely help keep me regular and even make me less sensitive to dairy and oils. I just wish they were a bit cheaper, but honestly, they’re backed by real science and totally worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! (Pro tip: try the juice first—it’s more economical and is now being stocked in a lot of places.)

When I started using this product I got the help I needed for my health and it helped my guts BUT it gets so very hard to get your products I’m very disappointed that it’s hard to find in the stores

I was a massive fan of Good Belly juice. It really helped my IBS. I would go through a couple bottles a week. It had a great taste and good texture. Then they changed their formula. They went to an oak milk base, reducing the amount of juice, and changed the probiotic strain. Now, it tastes like a diluted fruit flavored oak milk. And the new probiotic strain just doesn't work as well for me. The manufacturer let me know the original strain was still in the pills and melts, so I gave it a try. Unfortunately, the pills just don't work the same. I don't know if it's due to being in pill form, stored in a warehouse for weeks/months before arriving at my door. But it's just not worth spending the money on the pills when it doesn't work the same.
