Estas sales son especiales para desintoxicar tu cuerpo, lo hago una vez cada 2 o 3 meses y me ayuda mucho como purgante. También para tomar un baño con estas sales tienes propiedades calmantes, es super buen producto.

The Epsom salt bag had a hole in the bag and was sealed with a second plastic bag, which contained salt that spilled out of the original bag. Not happy about this because we consume the epson salt. The manufacturer must think it is perfectly normal to send a damaged product. EDIT: I upgraded the review because the manufacturer reached out with a sincere apology and offered a full refund on my purchase. Great customer service.

Nice sized bag for under $8 for a 2lb bag. Even better to find the pure kind to do cleanses. I use this after 5 days of drinking apple juice then I use this with a olive oil lemon mix go to bed and in the morning it’s flushing out gall bladder stones compacted fecal matter and I’ve lost 10lbs doing this in the past. So I was excited to find one to use for the insides and not have to worry any other additives. Definitely worth getting

Epsom salt is such a versatile product! I've used it in baths to help detox as well as in laundry detergent. I appreciate that it is natural and free from chemicals.
