TEN STARS. ********** I cannot rave enough about this. I was SO skeptical about trying Fenugreek because I wasn't sure how it could effect my supply or if it could potentially dry me up completely. As a breastfeeding mom to a very hungry little girl who absolutely REFUSES to supplement - I had no choice but to at least TRY to increase my supply. I finally gave in and it took me two months to write this review because I wanted to be honest and 100% sure before I reviewed. This has increased my milk supply drastically. I primarily pump for my baby and give her bottles. Where I was only getting 2-3oz per pump, I am not getting 5-6oz per pump session. I have enough milk now that I can rebuild my freezer stash and be sure my baby will have adequate nutrition beyond the first year. I am very pleased. PS: No, I do not smell like maple syrup. I know that is some people's experience but I haven't noticed. Plus, there are worse things to smell like even if you do.

I added a picture to show a difference between this product (on the LEFT) and a different product from a different brand (on the RIGHT). For starters this product is pale and skinny which makes sense as to why they want you to drink 6 a day while the product on the right only requires you to drink 1 pill a day and it is darker in color. This product on the left has a strange smell to it, the smell is off putting but the taste is even worse but the one on the right doesn’t have an off putting smell and I put it on my tongue and it didn’t taste like much. I don’t know if I received a bad batch with this product but I wasn’t interested in continuing after one week. My tongue touched the capsule of this product as I was swallowing and it left such a nasty taste that I gagged. To me it smells like wood mixed with some type of burnt, strong-smelling oil that I have put in my hair before like castor oil. However, I tried to push through for a week because I wanted to experience the maple syrup smell that people said they experienced in only 1 day of taking this but I didn’t get it after 1 week. What I smelled in my armpit on day 6 was a light scent of wood that was shaved down and had an unknown dark oil added to it. It wasn’t what I wanted and it was nowhere near maple syrup smell which was disappointing because that’s what I mostly got it for. Here are pros and cons after 1 week of taking 6 capsules a day: Pros: 1. It made me go #2 often which is only good because I don’t go frequently but it would be a con to those that do go frequently. 2. Made me use #1 often as well which may be good or bad to some but I see it as good because it made me drink more water. Cons: 1. No syrup smell on myself like I hoped 2. Horrible taste 3. Horrible smell
