FEISEDY Classic Polarized Photochromic Sunglasses Driving Photosensitive Glasses B2444

Perfect Sunglasses for Unique Eye Needs
I can't say enough good things about the FEISEDY Classic Polarized Photochromic Sunglasses! After undergoing retina reattachment surgery three times, my pupil no longer responds well to light changes, and finding the right sunglasses has been a challenge. Dark glasses tend to be too overpowering, while lighter lenses don’t offer enough protection in direct sunlight. These photochromic glasses are exactly what I needed—they provide just the right amount of tint adjustment to keep my left eye comfortable. The photochromic effect isn't overly intense, but it’s precisely the balance I needed, making outdoor activities and driving much more enjoyable. The lightweight wayfarer design is stylish and incredibly comfortable to wear all day, and the UV400 protection and polarized lenses are excellent for reducing glare and enhancing clarity. This is my third time buying these glasses in 6 years—mainly due to my own clumsiness in dropping them—and they hold up well, even with regular use. If you're looking for practical and high-quality eyewear with photochromic capabilities, these are a must-have! Five stars all the way.

Nice Styling
Good fit and look. Nice light shade to start, darkens slightly more, but does not go dark as shown in advertising. Even after 5 minutes in direct sunlight the lens has not darkened to normal sunglasses level. Recovery is also slow almost 15 minutes to return to original shade. Polarization is good. Cuts glare like my other polarized glasses.

Very comfortable for driving
Love these glasses I need the UV protection for driving my boat & need to see rocks & stuff as I set my anchorI can look directly into the sun (not purposely)& don’t get blinded, the frames are great & I love the spring hinges, they seem pretty robust. The carry case including a cloth pouch & cleaning cloth sweetens the deal.I feel they are great value for the price.

Great looking... not dark enough in bright sunlight
Pros: they look great. Good for driving or biking later in the day when you want eye protection but not so dark that you cant be safe. Nice not having to take them off going indoors. Definitely polarized.Cons: not dark enough. even brightest sunlight only darkens them about half as much as expected.

Some colors will be hard to see
I like the lightness, the weight, fits shirt pockets nicely, the lens really does change quickly, & the color is great, I’m happy with your product, the picture and description were spot on, I can truly say I should have bought them sooner!

Good fit and works well reacting to light levels
I love these glasses! They're comfortable and don't slip when you bend over to pick something up. Fast change to light levels as well. Nice included assesories. Will probably be ordering another pair..

Weird prism effect / Poor darkening
I purchased these glasses for temporary indoor and outdoor use after cataract surgery. Outside, they do not darken as much as my previous quality prescription lenses. In the car, they create a rainbow look on some of the instrument panel lighting. When looking at an indoor lighted kiosk, a zig-zag pattern of huge colored streaks appeared which made the glasses unusable and probably unhealthy. To test if it was my vision that was causing the problems, my wife tried them and saw the same negative effects. Do not waste your money.

Excellent glasses ruined by truly garbage lenses.
My casual retail job mainly involves standing behind a desk for long periods of time, facing towards two very large plain glass/uncoated windows, outside of which are parking lots often full of city-dwelling (and thus very clean) sunlight-reflecting cars. On top of that, the overhead lights indoors are LED rings, emitting randomly-polarized light that glares horribly. After a week of being bumped from part-time to full-time, I was getting home with increasingly poor vision and mounting headaches. With a bit of experimentation, I finally figured out that this was due to all the glare I was exposed to during the day without the rest days I previously had. While I do have good sunglasses to use when out and about and driving, they are not, of course, appropriate to wear when dealing with customers, so I have to constantly slip them on and off. Like most sunglasses, they're also really tinted too much for indoor use.I needed something untinted or minimally-tinted, UV-protective, and most importantly polarized. So I found these sunglasses, and $17 to protect my eyes was quite a good price. They were perfect! The styling looks good on my face and is conservative enough to wear while talking to customers, the tint indoors is very nearly not there, the polarization works properly, and even the transition layer works when exposed to UV/direct sunlight (...slowly, and not especially strongly, but combined with the polarization it's adequate). Everything I had hoped for.Alas, one of the above statements is a lie: for you see, they're not perfect. They have one crippling flaw that should have made it so they never left the factory. All these wonderful features are married to lens material that's so bottom-of-the-barrel that it's gouging the barrel itself. The optical distortion through these glasses is nothing short of impressively bad; ripples, swirls, even freaking *blurry spots*, randomly distributed throughout the lenses. I returned the pair I received and tried another in the hope that it was a one-off, and the replacement pair was *even worse* with yet more blurry spots. If you have even the slightest bit of sensitivity to poor optics, these will give you a headache or motion sickness in short order.Don't get these glasses. The only reason I'm giving them a 2-star rating instead of 1 is because if you ignore the godawful optics, they otherwise deliver on the promises and are fantastic glasses for the price --- which makes the decision to cheap out on the lenses all the more disappointing. You absolutely *should not* spend your money on this product.
