Fine Slam Ball
Slam/medicine balls are a great way to train for functional fitness, encouraging total body development and balance. I find it a great supplement to barbell workouts, plus it’s fun to slam a ball on the ground! Workout suggestions are easy to find online and these take up practically no space in a home gym. This one seems durable, I’ve been slamming it for six months on a concrete floor. It’s easy to grip too, with the tire type tread.

My Muscles Are Crying and I Love It
My Muscles Are Crying and I Love ItThis thing doesn’t just raise your heart rate — it launches it into orbit. The first time I slammed it, I swear I saw my soul leave my body for a second. It’s like therapy, but louder and sweatier. The grip on the ball is perfect — no slipping, even when you’re dripping like a busted faucet. I’ve slammed it against concrete, grass, and my own limits. It hasn’t flinched. Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to remember how to breathe. It’s turned boring home workouts into a gladiator-style challenge. If you’re looking to burn calories, relieve stress, and question your life choices all in one go, this is your slam ball.Pro tip: Don’t underestimate 20 pounds. It looks innocent — until your third set, when your arms stop working and you start rethinking every decision that brought you to this moment.Absolutely worth it. SS+ pain. Would suffer again.

Good value
My wife and I were looking for a 20 pound slam ball for our home gym. This was a good price. We are happy with the product. It has a comfortable grip, feels well made and satisfies our requirements

A "Slam" Dunk Value
This is a good, no-frills slam ball that is going to get the job done. If you don't know what a slam ball is, it's a weighted ball that is not going to bounce and hit you in the face if you slam it at the ground.I'm docking a star since it is a little bit slippery, and obviously it's too soon for me to say whether the product is durable or not. It has survived one slam ball workout though and it was a great value per pound. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Dam good slam ball
I am a personal trainer and I use this slam ball with clients for power training. Let me tell you, this slam ball has held up perfectly to a lot of abuse. Best estimate, 200 slams a day 5 day a week against a concrete wall with my clients maximum velocity and force. I would definitely recommend. Stay strong people!

Fun piece of gym equipment
I have the 20 lb ball. Ive really enjoyed this medicine ball so far. Its great for medball slams and good to work the hips and abs, also good for lighter weight squats. The ball can feel a bit slick and slippery when its brand new but ive noticed after a few uses and beating it up a little the grip gets better. Will buy more sizes!
