Lingswallow Women's Winter Thicken Long Wool Trench Coat Jacket With Belt

Searching online for a long, wool coat that's simple yet nice and cheap is like a research project! I ordered this two days ago, received it today and although I have a lot of good things to say about this coat, I just might exchange it for a small, if possible.First I want to say that these models do a very good job of making this coat look like it's the best coat you could ever have. And being as slim as they are, are probably wearing a size S or XS. I'm going to be as detailed as possible to help others make the right decision. I am 5'7'' 125 lbs, with 34, 25, 37 measurements. I have an oddly short torso and long legs. Ordered a Medium, and even though they say it runs small, it still looks kinda baggy even with my bulkiest sweater.This coat is VERY warm, so a sweater is not really necessary. The belt/sash looks better when worn higher on the waist. But it has a bunching effect around the bust area the more you move around. the collar looks nice when folded and tucked, but it flares out too much when the coat is worn open. Literally like something out of a vampire movie. It does fold under nicely without being too obvious if you wear a scarf over. Lastly, the sleeves are not short, but restrictive I can't really even lift my elbows past my shoulders.Other than that, the coat is very warm, nice length, and is quite elegant looking. I just wish I listened to my friend who practically raised in a tailor shop when she said GET A SMALL!!! Now I'm in a logistical realm of hell. I love it, but its too big, and the fine print says the seller is unauthorized, so there is a danger of even getting a refund! :( I will be making a phone to amazon to ask whether or not it's worth it to exchange it or just return it.

I like the coat. It is somewhat large. I ordered an XL in this coat. I am 5'2 125lbs. I wear an US womans size 8 petite coat and pants at Banana Republic and Ann Taylor. I did my best to understand companys posted size chart... But i was not too familiar with my own measurements... So i gave it my best guess. I can still wear the coat. It doesnt fit as nicely as I would like but it's online ordering and considerably affordable for the length. This wool coat is a bit thin... But im sure it will keep me warm. It's a little wrinkled. I will probably get an alteration to tighten up the buttons. I found no use for the belt as there are no belt loops and that's not my style.

It was exactly what I been searching for, very warm and comfortable, a lot of compliments. size chart is completely correct. 100% satisfied.

I wondered if this coat was too good to be true at the price point. No reason to worry. It's a beautiful coat, with lovely lines and good fit. I'm enjoying it a lot and also get tons of compliments.

Heavy coat. I bought a size up as reviews said runs small & I don't like to feel restricted. Well, I wish I would have bought 2 sizes up as too restrictive when you drive arms out to starting wheel. I guess ill wear it when I'm not the driver.

I ordered up as recommended and it turned out to be a bit large. The fabric was soft to the touch. The coat itself was actually warm. It did not fit as posted in the picture. One of the button holes was sealed up completely so it did not work. The coat did not lay properly and was a bit bunchy around the buttons. I am returning it for a refund.

So soft and comfortable,thicken enough for this winter,just as your actual size,overall love itI usually wear 8,by the way,i'm 5"5,XL fits great,so if you are 6,not want so long,size L is great,if you are size 10,xxl is enough for you.

The material was beautiful and I had hoped this coat would work out. However, the lining in the left sleeve was sewn improperly. At first, I wasn't even able to get my arm through the sleeve. With some work, I was able to force my arm through, but the lining did not seem like it matched the seams of the outer wool. The sleeve was twisted and awkward looking and feeling. I returned it for a refund.I typically wear a medium in most items. Having read the comments, I ordered an XXL. It was roomy so I may have been able to get by with an XL. The short answer is the sizes run very small. Order at least two sizes larger.
