I love these!!! Great product. Great size and weights. Many combinations to achieve your goals!! Super easy to use for beginners since there are lots of weight options and very easy to clean too. Can be worn all day. I started with lowest weight and realized my pelvic floor was stronger than I thought so quickly moved up to the heavier weights and I like to wear them for a while! I will wear them when I go out for errands and I love the way they feel and the really help strengthen everything down there. They also help me achieve a stronger climax if I decide to play after or while using them. ;) haven't been able to squirt....yet.....but thats the eventually goal 😂😉

Was worried as these are my first set but was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable size and skin like feel and texture. Unfortunately for me I have a severely tilted, deformed uterus so my cervix sticks straight out from the side feeling like it's about 2 inches from my opening when normal women keep theirs at the very top in the back, with cervix in pointing down position. So while I can work these by rolling them up and down with my muscles, i cant get them past my cervix to work the rest of "my canal" as my cervix acts as a roadblock. But if u are completely normal and looking for a good comfortabl set with a variety weight choice then this is a excellent set. I love these, I just hate that I cant fully use them because of my issue. A issue that I was told would never allow me to carry to term over 10 yrs ago but I just had twins 16 months ago so I really needed these for several reasons. But again these are 5 Stars, no problem with these at all, great price, silky like feel, comfortable size and excellent quality in craftsmanship. Highly recommend unless u keep ur cervix in a different position other than where it's suppose to be

The customer service for this product is very good. They contacted me to check in and make sure everything was right with the order. Comes with clear instructions and is very straightforward to use. My only complaint is that the box makes this look like an interesting toy. As someone with children, I would have preferred a box that wasn't so enticing to children.

I had a terrible cold and couldn't stop small bladder leaks from occurring every time I coughed hard. Desperate, I purchased the system and received the shipment earlier than anticipated. I was relieved to find that the balls are smaller than they appear on the website images. They are also very soft with a silky finish, as are the cradles in which the balls are inserted. As a woman who regularly practices kegel exercises and applies Mula Bandha during my regular yoga exercise routine I assumed that my pelvic floor was "in shape". Thus, I was surprised to find that following the provided exercise routine with the lightest weight produced results that could be slightly felt the next day. Feedback: The balls are color coded for progressive exercises. However, the pink/purple hues are very similar to each other. I would prefer that they be vastly different colors for ease of recognition since there are no markings on the balls that indicate weight. I would also like to have the opportunity to buy a replacement ball cradle in the future without having to buy the whole set again. The price is incredibly fair for a whole set! However, I do not wish to create unnecessary waste in the world. That means that I don't want to receive superfluous balls and packaging. The instructions are in very small print. Suggest an additional insert with the company website in large print be included in the package. (Website includes instructional videos.) Fantastic value for money. Much more comfortable than anticipated. Very easy to use. (Just add lube and wash before and after with warm soapy water and rinse well.) Professional packaging allows for the set to be put away nicely after use.

So I am still in the beginning of trying these out. I can't say they work great or anything. One person said they don't give any instructions and it's not discrete. Well that's wrong. They say they will send an email. Never got that. I did get a paper in the box saying to go on the website and they will give you instructions. Also they send you a black bag to put the product in. This isn't a sex toy so I'm not sure why the box it comes in would have to be so secret. I liked how it came and how it gave a storage bag. These are easy to clean, use and good for beginners. I just can't give 5 stars because I'm not even close to half way using them. I just started.

Not sure how someone can leave a negative review on this kit. It gives you straight forward instructions and it’s easy to use. I have been using them and my bf loves how tight I am. This also tightened up my booty hole. He was able to tell a difference in my booty as well. I will wear a light set for hours through out the day. However you aren’t really meant to do jumping exercises with this. I play basketball, and I was playing against my bf and they slid right out. Lol other then that, they stay in and keep the kitty tight! I’m a 20 year old female. I Honestly got this set to make me even more tight, and to learn how to control my pelvic floor muscles.

Looking at the plethora of kegel products online, I became overwhelmed and spent too long trying to decide which one to buy. I'm 65 years old and this is my first set of kegel exercise products, so I really didn't know the difference between one product and another. I will say that I like the progression that is mapped out for you with this Ben Wa System. It's very easy to get started and the online tutorial is very helpful. I'm now starting my third month. The exercises have definitely improved my muscle tone and at the same time enhanced my intimate experience with my significant other. I have also experienced less "leaking". I definitely recommend this product!
