Comfy Carry
3 weeks and no issues. Nice solid click on the lock. Feels solid. Easy opening. Other reviews say lock doesn't hold, well, a folding knife is not a stabbing knife. Thats on you for trusting a lock, get a fixed blade for that. Nice and sharp, sedation cuts rope, twine, string nicely. Fits perfect in my hand

Very nice. Not a truckstop knife.
This knife is much nicer than your typical truck stop or gas station knife and about the same price. It's sharp out of the box, it flips open with no effort at all, locks up solidly, and unlocks effortlessly. The glass breaker is diamond hardened and can easily score glass before you break it. The seatbelt cutter is replaceable, but not sure how easy they are to obtain. The one weird thing about this knife, is that it has reversible clip holes on the butt end, but the clip itself is banana shaped. I didn't make an effort of changing it, because I carried my knives tip up anyway. I'm pretty sure that the included clip will not work mounted in the other holes, as the curve will carry it off of the edge of the scale. They really should have used a straight clip so you'd have the option of reversing it. Perhaps someone offers a straight clip with the proper hole spacing for those that are fussy about this type of thing. To me, like I said it doesn't matter. I carry tip up. Also, the clip mounting holes are only on one side of the knife. Not a big deal for this type of knife but the scales are rather smooth, but very comfortable. It's not specified what they are but I think they're made of Delrin. Delrin is really tough stuff, but can be really slick if and edgy pattern isn't used in it. No worries about cutting your hand though, as The flipper also works as a really nice finger guard. The jimping along the spine and knife blade are rather smooth but still offer a bit of extra control. I much prefer this kind of jimping over the sharp edged kind that cuts into your thumb! Overall, at this price point, this is one of the best EDCs I've ever seen! You can't beat it at this price point! Highly recommend it! I'm definitely going to be looking into more of their EDCs, and especially their chef's lineup.

Knife looks and feels awesome. Will probably buy a few more!
This knife is awesome, the flip is super quick and smooth, the knife is nice and sharp, and the blade shape feels very good. The belt clip on mine broke after just a few weeks, but that stuff could just be a fluke since it broke right at the bend, perhaps my belt torqued it weird or something. I don't normally review, but it may be worth it to change the belt clip. This knife is definitely worth getting!

This is a very nice knife. Review updated after six months - still a very nice knife!
I've been through a number of knives over the years. I generally keep one with me at all times. If I have pants on, I have a knife in my back pocket. I live on a farm and that knife gets used 20 times a day, and generally gets sharpened once or twice a week, at least. So I'm pretty tough on my EDC knife, so it needs to be pretty tough as well. And I've also found over the years that given the way I use my knife, I might lose it, so I hesitate to spend a lot of money on a knife. So I look for a the best I can get for under $50. I got this one a couple of weeks ago, so I can't attest to its long-term durability. However, having had several similar cheaper knives by other manufacturers and seen how they have failed, I'm expecting this one to last. On to the knife itself. It seems to be really well made. The side plates appear to be machined steel with a powder-coat finish. I like the incised texture which makes for a sure grip. I also really like the slight roundness of the profile of the side plates, making the knife feel even slimmer than it is, and making it feel really comfortable to the hand. No sharp edges or corners anywhere. Speaking of thinness, this is a very trim knife. Clip it in a pocket and you hardly know it is there. I also like the fact that there are only three screws holding the side plates on, and they are recessed flush. In terms of functionality, there is nothing special here, but nothing special is needed. This is a simple knife and it works well. It opens with a flick and it closes with a click. It is comfortable in the hand when open, and the boss which you use to open the knife, becomes a very nice thumb rest when open, preventing your thumb from sliding onto the serrations. The knife seemed to be a little slow opening at first, but after playing with it a bit is loosened up nicely. The closing lock is standard design and works well. The blade is a very nice, traditional, useful shape, unlike the two-stage blades that seem to be popular, which I don't care for. This has a single curved stage beyond the serrations. The blade is nicely hollow-ground which gives it a thin cross section just behind the edge, which makes sharpening much easier. The serrations take up only about 1/3 of the edge length, which is plenty for something that only gets rarely used, That said, they are a nice design and really sharp. Finally, the clip is nicely curved to match the slight curve of the handle, is low profile, and is really secure. All in all, this is a very nice knife for the money. I've had the knife as a daily carry for about six months now. As you can see from the photos it is showing some wear from constant use. However it is still in great shape, the blade opening and locking mechanism is still precise, the clip is still tight. Really satisfied with this knife!

Great knife
Very high quality knife for the price. Blade is sharp, has no wobble, and the assisted opening function is smooth and fast.

A cheap/inexpensive knife that flips open nicely, but is a little small and slick in my hand
The blade is sharp. Craftsmanship is good. Seems durable. The clip is tight as hell, so I have to struggle to get it out of my front pocket, but that can be loosened...I just keep forgetting to do it. My main/only issue is that the knife itself seems small and slick/slippery, so every time I open it, I feel like it's going to fly out of my hand, or drop on someone from 15' up in a scissor lift. I like buying knives, but I don't collect them. I buy them to use them till they break, then I buy another one till it breaks. Would I buy this one again?...sadly no. It doesn't deserve a negative review, I just want something that feels firmer and more robust in my hand.

Buttery smooth and very quick open action
I saw this knive on project farm. Amazing knive. The quick open action is buttery smooth and very quick! Good quality build and the knive is extremely sharp. I cant say enough about how smooth the open action is. Very stout glass breaker and fits firmly in my hand with excellent grip.
