It's good, it's not bad. I wouldn't suggest putting it in the fridge like I did. Lol. Anywatz, I personally would rather the bone broth (Frozen or boxed chicken flavor, although I hear the boxed one is not really reccommended, in a youtube video speaking of a bone-broth diet) mixed in a blender with some veggies. Would I buy these again? In all honesty, no. It didn't seem to do anything because I haven't been taking them for that long. It felt like it had some opposite effects going on and I didn't want to get too much into it after that. I believe the opposite effects occured because I was taking this with some other pills. Idk. But I don't think it'll be of any use anyway and I have so many pills that I'm just gonna start taking it slow.

Not as good as another brand. I expected better from Antler Farms.

I am well aware of bone broth and its purported benefits. I tried a couple of different Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein flavors, but they were some of the most clumpy and distasteful powders I've ever ingested. I gave up trying to find bone broth in supplement form, but every now and then, I'd pick up some organic beef bone broth at Whole Foods to enjoy at home. When I saw Antler Farms' bone marrow product on Amazon, my interest was piqued as I'd never seen a bone marrow supplement before - only bone broth. Antler Farms states that bone marrow is nutritionally superior to bone broth. Logically, this makes sense. Bone marrow should be more nutritionally active than bone broth because it is the raw source of bone broth, but without the potentially harmful effects of heat extraction. This product is 100% pure and freeze dried, so the nutrients should be intact. And because it comes from calves, it has the more valuable red marrow. These two points alone convinced me to try Antler Farms bone marrow. The bone marrow is sourced from clean, grass fed, New Zealand bovines. This is important to me as I try my best to avoid rGBH, rBST, and antibiotics. All livestock in New Zealand is raised this way. The bottle itself is smaller than I thought it would be. It stands about three inches tall with 120 capsules. I take four capsules a few times a week, not every day as suggested because I get my good fats and collagen in my diet and other supplements. Out of curiosity, I tried mixing the powder into hot water. Interestingly, or perhaps expectedly, it tastes pretty much like bone broth without the salt and spices. Overall, I like the product. If you are looking for a bone broth supplement, I highly recommend you look into using this bone marrow instead.

I've used this product for about a month. I actually liked it better than the liver, though I liked both. I noticed feeling warm at first - which is unusual for me. After my daughter was born I felt depleted and I believe these products have helped me regain some of the nutrients that I had lost. Overall I felt my energy returning and my immune system strengthening. Bone marrow is said to be very nutrient dense and I trust this brand to be pure and from the best source. I would recommend this product.

This bone marrow does not work and I am not happy with this purchase. I should have ignored these positive reviews and went with my instincts. I do not know what this stuff is, but it is not working, I have had other bone marrow pills before and those worked almost instantly. My bones & teeth felt much stronger. I notice those pills had other ingredients mixed in, but this one does not, so that may be the difference. I tried contacting the seller to ask questions, but the seller, so far has not responded. I recommend you avoid all bone marrow supplements online right now, you can try the other products if you want, but make sure you have strong teeth if you do try the other bone marrow supplements, each can cause cavities, because the other bone marrow supplements online have been mixed with other substances like silica, glycerin, rice bran, rice flour, or etc. I would drink bone broth or eat bone marrow from a bone. Update: Seller eventually responded and there is not much to say about it. I ended up buying Grass Fed Bone Marrow to eat from a local farm and it tasted great. I will either continue buying bone marrow or make/buy bone broth from now on. If this product works for you, that's totally fine, I took all of the pills, but still nothing.

After turning 70, I messed up my right hip. this is the only thing unless I want to live on aspirin. I realized my glasses (5-7 yrs old), vision is getting better. On another forum, guys were saying hip joints, Teeth, etc were growing back stronger. I just did two weeks of a head cold, and forgot about my hip. Yes, it's better.
