Microsoft Type Cover for Surface Pro - Black (Renewed)

I ordered this cover/keyboard because the one that came with my SP7 stopped working. It was delivered on the third day after my order well packed and in like new condition. It was a simple and easy plug and play connection and functions great. It has the original feel to it with no wear or scratches. I find it well worth the cost and good replacement.

After my original Surface keyboard was damaged due to overheating from using a non-official USB-C charger, I needed a replacement. Though initially skeptical about buying renewed products, the high cost of a new Type Cover made me consider this option, especially since my Surface laptop is already 3 years old.After using this for 4 months now, this renewed Microsoft Type Cover has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality is remarkable - it feels and functions exactly like a new unit. The keys are responsive, the trackpad works perfectly, and it has given my aging Surface laptop a new lease on life. For anyone hesitant about buying renewed accessories, this product proves that it can be a smart and cost-effective choice when looking for genuine Microsoft replacements.

This is not the fault of the seller, but type keyboards for Surface 1-3 appear to have the same connector. I was looking for a Type Keyboard for specifically a SPro2 (same as SPro1), and this is where Amazon took me. It looks right, but I didn't check the dimensions.The keyboard arrived, as advertised, in Excellent condition. It's larger than the SPro2 keyboard (the Surface 3 was the size of the later SPros, but uses the same connector as the SPro 1 & 2).In a nutshell, it FITS and it WORKS. Yes, it's larger than the SPro2 keyboard, but that's a plus in my book because it gives me a better experience than the old one ever did because the trackpad is larger and smooth, and the keys are better spaced and , well, just better.I will never cart the SPro2 around, so the larger KB is perfect for my use. Thank you!

Product arrived in good condition, seems to be working just fine with the tablet, but its delivery was delayed by an unexpected stock/supply issue.

It almost made it a year before it stopped working correctly. Now it just keeps randomly popping things up on screen like I selecting things. I can pull it away as it’s messing up and it stops. Till I reattach it to the surface pro. Definitely wouldn’t buy again.

Fit perfectly! No issues with connectivity. No battery, no problems. Feels very nice and looks great! Easy to put on or take off. The brightness of the keys is great. Great replacement keyboard!

I wasn’t expecting this to be so nice. Recondition was an understatement. It was like brand new. Attached to my computer and worked instantly. I actually would like to send my old keyboard back to the seller so they can repurpose it for someone else if they are interested. Totally happy.. Thank you.
