I spent a lot of time researching hammocks trying to decide what to by. This was my first hammock and although I don't have a lot of experience with them, I have researched them so much, I feel like I know so much about them and the pros and cons of each.I've used this hammock 3 times now and love it! It's comfortable! Easy to set up and materials seem to be well made! It has plenty of room! I've layed in it with my wife and the straps have held up great! I've seen a lot of reviews about the straps. It seems they have updated the straps and made them a higher quality. There were no metal rings in mine. There was no need to wrap the tree to get a desirable hang angle. I just wrapped the tree and clipped it to one of the 16 loops that were on the strap to get my desired height and hang angle. They seem to protect the tree well and hold quite well also. They are also quite long and allow you flexibility with space between the trees. Although, I did discover that the best hang seems to be when the trees are closer together (I'm sure that's the case with all hammocks). This seems to be a well made hammock that comes with everything you need at half the price of some of the other hammocks. I couldn't be more pleased! If you are unsure about this hammock take it from me! Can't beat it! Easy set up, take down, and light travel as well! I couldn't be happier!

This was a great purchase. Used this in the backyard during a get together and everyone loved it. We had four kids in it at one time from the ages of 5-12. Once things settled down that afternoon I was able to take a nap in it. I'm 6'1 235lbs and it was stable and very comfortable to lay in. It was slightly large for one person, it wrapped I was totally enclosed in the hammock and couldn't see around me. I think I will buy another one, maybe a one person this time.

Excellent. This hammock met all of my expectations light weight, drys fast, comes with straps (which is a must for all ages to use without help) sets up in minutes I have told at least 12 people to buy this hammock and all of them are happy they did. It is the new fun thing for teens to go "hammocking" they are out doors and happy. It also is a double hammock so my husband and I can use it together.

Great alternative to the more expensive Eno hammocks without losing too much quality. I live in Michigan and have tested this in all the weather thrown at us including the blustery winters. The fabric seems to be either the same or not noticeably different than that of the Eno hammocks and I have had no problems with the quality in my experience. I have seen some of my friend’s hammocks begin to fray after a couple months of hard use, but so far I have not had that problem. The main con to this product that I have seen is that it is not nearly as comfortable as a traditional ENO double hammock. This hammock pushes you into the middle of the hammock and begins to make me a little uncomfortable the longer that I lay in it. There are obvious ways to combat this such as laying diagonally or leaving your arms on the outside of the hammock to keep the sides from edging in. However, it is much more convenient in the ENO to lay straight down the middle by yourself. The issue gets a little worse with two people as if you are trying to both lay the same way you have no choice but to cuddle and even that begins to become a little too squished for my taste. It is possible to lay opposite directions and combat the issue that way, but that does make it much more difficult to both be looking the same direction. I love to watch the sunset over the west coast of lake Michigan in a hammock, so if I have someone with me it is quite difficult unless we turn the hammock sideways and use it more as a rocking chair than a lay down hammock. Overall I think the product did a good job of mimicking its predecessor, but the I do not think the cost difference makes up for the loss of quality and more so comfortability. Great product for the price, but I would recommend saving the extra $20-30 and snagging an ENO hammock rather than this cheaper option. I will say I am greatly enjoying my hammock and will not be buying an ENO because I am adequately serviced by this double camping hammock. However, if I were to do it all over again I would invest in the more expensive, durable and comfortable ENO option.

I wanted a hammock for my backcountry backpacking trips, after months of debating the purchase of this over more expensive well known brands I finally pulled the trigger and purchased. What an awesome buy! This hammock came with tree straps that several other well known companies charge extra for. I love this thing! I am a big guy, weighing 250 and this thing holds my girlfriend and I with no worries!

I'm a 400lbs guy and went backpacking for two nights last weekend, this and a sleeping pad (Klimit) was my sleep system. It worked wonderfully! I set the straps pretty tight, because I was using the hammock alone. If you set it up to "sag" it'll be tough to get out of. But I was able to use it as a bench to sit on for dressing, cooking and casual conversation around the campfire at night. Really a great option!

This product is amazing. My daughter bought an eno which is 100 dollars including the straps and this was 40 including staps. My daughter feel in love wit this instead of hers. My hole family loves these and especially the brand.I recommend this product to anyone who loves to chill out in the woods. The hammock holds around 400 pounds. The straps and everything are PERFECT.

It's great quality and on par with any of the bigger (more expensive) brands. It works great. The only downside is that the tree straps that came with mine only have a single loop on the end so it makes it tricky to get the straps the right length. My brother paid about $5 more and got the one that came with better straps (more loops) which makes it a lot easier.
