The media could not be loaded. After a solid ten years of using an already used mattress we got to a point where we could no longer pull any life from our king mattress. I searched online for a long period of time prior to arriving to this choice. Here are some things to consider prior to purchasing:First:Purchasing a mattress online is a viable option if you know what you are looking for. It is also normally a less expensive option than going to the big box stores.Second:If you are unsure of what you are looking for in a mattress I would suggest going into a store and trying a few out to see what you are in the market for and then purchasing online.Third:I would highly recommend a mattress in a box, this is my second purchase of one and I have yet to be unsatisfied, but DO YOUR RESEARCH!Things to Note:We decided on the 10” hybrid mattress, this bed is great for those who are restless sleepers or those who live with restless sleepers. The mattress allows for “motion isolation”, I am not sure if I am sleeping better because of the new mattress or because I no longer wake up every time my husband moves but so far it has been perfect for our needs.Bounce:If you are looking for a bed with a little bounce the bed still has coils that provide the “give” that you are looking for in the bed.Firmness:If you are looking for a firm bed, this bed has the memory foam in it so it has a less “give” than a coil only mattress but provides a happy medium.Plushness:I wouldn’t consider this bed as “plush” as others but we have a down topper that allows us the fluffy feel we are looking to have.Support:A big part of our search was looking for a bed that was firm enough to give support but soft enough to conform to our body’s. This mattress allows for the sleeper to lie on their back or side and we have felt no discomfort. My husband also has severe back pain and he has had no issues adjusting to the new mattress.Packaging:The mattress, came well packaged with a “paper cutter” type accessory to allow for easy removal of the plastic. Take care when moving, this mattress is heavy!Smell:I know that there is a concern with weird “smells” from certain manufacturers, this mattress had no odd odors.Unravel:Once you roll out the mattress it will feel “bouncier” than normal, allow the mattress a few hours to fully adjust to being out of the package before sleeping on it.Lastly, if you have a restless partner, need a new mattress, and want to have a mattress that offers a little bit of everything, I would recommend this mattress. I am going to purchase another one as well and upgrade our guest bedroom to a king size mattress as well.

The media could not be loaded. I have a 10 inch memory foam mattress for almost 8 years now and over time it has gotten softer and I’m not liking that at all. I already have back pain so I felt like the mattress has been making my back pain worse each day. Now that I am moving to a new house, I thought it was good timing to replace the existing mattress. I have been researching for one and finally decided to get a hybrid mattress instead of just the memory foam. Decided to get this 10 inch queen hybrid one and so far I am very satisfied.The package was shipped and delivered on time. It came inside a box and at first I wasn’t sure it was the mattress since the box is quite small. But don’t be fooled, it was still heavy so it is best to have a second person around to help transport the package. The instruction said to wait 72 hrs before using so that was what I did and lay on a flat surface so it can fully expand to its shape. I didn’t smell any bad odor so that is a good thing.The mattress itself was so soft on top but yet firm enough that it felt like my pain was not there when I lay on it. I felt like my sleep quality is better because I didn’t have to keep waking up in the middle of the night because my back was hurting. The fabric material looks like high end quality and the threading seems tight and not easily rip off.Overall, I am glad I got this 10 inch hybrid queen mattress because it is nicely made and seems to be very comfortable when sleeping. Price was a bit high for me but you I guess it is well worth it. I forgot to mention but the spring didn’t make loud noises at all!

Mattress came in a box, was heavy, so helpful to have two people to move it inside/ to desired room, but could probably manage with just one person. Definitely bring it to the room you want it in right away! you can take off the cardboard box first (we didn't since I was worried about it jack-in-the boxing, but the plastic wrap has it secured in the rolled up position, so no worries if you don't want that dirty packaging in your bedroom. Once you have it in desired place, you can use the included plastic cutting device to slice open plastic (we didn't see it til after and just used scissors). There are two steps to cut, the first just unfurls it from a tube position (but still vacuum sealed), then the second step/ cut releases the mattress fully and it starts to enlarge (slowly- so my fears of being flung across the room were completely unfounded). Seemed to be in its full size in under 5 minutes, but we gave it two hours (would have done longer, but didn't get delivered until 8:30pm) to breath and take shape anyways before sleeping on it.The important part is that this bed immediately supported my back in a way our previous older memory foam mattress no longer did, and it alleviated much of my back and neck pain by morning (and I am a chronic sufferer, which numerous herniated/ subluxated discs and pinched nerves)! So that was what I was looking for and this mattress absolutely delivered in that department! This mattress is definitely a firm/ medium firm in both my, and my husband's opinion. This lack of plush 'feel' makes it less comfortable for side sleeping, which both of us noticed (should would feel sore after a while, and need to switch sides every few hours). Since I am, and need to be with my back issues, predominantly a back sleeper, this is not the worst for me. However, since my husband rotates more throughout the night, we are looking to add either a 2 inch gel foam topper, or just a plush quilted mattress topper for a little extra comfort for him, all easy enough solutions. As mattresses tend to break down or wear in over time and lose some of the firmness, I would still rather start off more supportive and firm, and then we can always take off the mattress topper over time as it wears.The construction and quality feel very good, and it does not sleep hot (noticeably cooler than our last that also had cooling gel top layer); I would recommend this product fully, as long as you are not expecting a plush feel. I read all the good reviews, took a gamble (as it seems hard to, or near impossible to return, as you have to get it back into a box, lol), and I'm happy I did! (4.5 stars here, will update over time)
