All Metagenics products are great! They may be pricey but they work great and this spectrazyme is great! Helps with digestion and makes you feel better after eating.

Ok, so- some days I need these, and some days I do not... so 1. I do not take them consistently.... that might make a difference? BUT when I do take them, I havent had any bad indigestion after eating like I normally would with certain foods- so I think they do help.

As a chiropractic physician I always recommended Metagenics brand supplements. May be higher price but their policy of continually assaying product during manufacturing guarantees ingredients listed on bottle are IN product
