Excellent heater for smallish RV's!
I have a 21-ft travel RV trailer that gets awful cold with the built-in Gas Propane heater. Also tend to go through a lot of gas just to keep the place even partially warm and that's very expensive. Someone at my current location turn me on to the idea of a infrared space heater. I went out to the web and found this particular unit which is not only a wall mounted unit but it's Wi-Fi enabled. The heat output on this thing is excellent. The only drawback I ran into was I needed to mount it down below and unfortunately I didn't have any place low enough to mount the two so I had to mount a kind of high. Because he rises the air of the top of my trailer tends to be warmer than the air below so in order to keep the lower part of my trailer near the floor warm enough I have to turn the heat on the unit up high enough to let it work. However setting it to 82° allows me to keep the temperature at the floor level around 70 to 72 which is perfect for my used during the day. I set the temperature to 78 at night because I like to keep it kind of cool while I'm sleeping. This has had the added benefit of reducing the amount cash I'm burning through since the electricity is cheaper and it doesn't require me to replenish it. Unit works not only with my smartphone and my tablet but it has a remote and the display on the surfaces touch screen enabled. Heater is also extremely quiet. Barely makes any noise except for a mild cooking when it turns on. It will run every now and then just check the temperature but all it does is run the fan when it does so. Overall this is an excellent heater if you need something to warm up a small space highly recommended!

Best Little Heater Ever!
Second best heater we've ever bought! This is our second Heat Storm infrared heater. We bought the larger one last winter (2024-25), to use in our ever chilly bathroom. Those floors are always cold. We'd tried many ceramic tower heaters. Although we love the safety features of those, they did nothing to warm up the bathroom floor, nor my husband's feet when he's seated at his computer desk. So, this Fall we decided to try this one, a bit smaller, in the bathroom so we could bring the larger one back out to warm Hub's feet. Excellent choice! They both work perfectly for what we need. These Heat Storm heaters are designed to blow hot air across the floors and they do it quite well! Our bodies are usually about 6' away from the heater and we can feel lots of warmth for our feet & legs. The remotes are tiny but they work well and you can set your preferred temp & forget it. They're easy to forget too, partly because they're so very quiet! As far as efficiency, they don't raise our electric bill any more than any other heater. In fact I believe they're a bit less expensive to use. If we ever need another electric heater, it'll be another Heat Storm of this design!

Noice level not ideal for bedrooms
The built quality and the design is amazing. The thermostat function very well and works best if you use it for a small bedroom or bathroom. Since it’s attached to the wall it saves space in your room. This is an infrared heater that works as a spot heating rather than heating up the whole room like the regular ceramic heater. The heating is not harsh and won’t make your air dry. However I had to return this and get myself a Dreo wall heater with ceramic heating cuz the noise level on this unit was bothering me when I tried to sleep. I thought the infrared heater are supposed to be quiet, but this isn’t the case. The new ceramic heater I got was much quieter than this unit. Other than that it was a great product. Maybe more suitable for a bathroom.

Helps heat up 26' Camper
Mounted straight to my RV wall. Nice and secure/safe. Heats up quickly and quietly. No smells. Remote is simple to use and control. I like how this was wall mountable and had feet, also. Kept RV heated when it was 26 degrees outside, it was 74 inside. (Note: I was running another 1500watt heater too). This heater has 500watt and 1000watt settings.

Works great in our chick coop.
I typically don't write reviews but I have to in this case. I live in NE Minnesota where it gets -40F, bought in fall of 2020 for our 6x8 chicken coop, and it has worked flawlessly since. It's been covered in heavy coop dust and never quits. Every 3-4 days we clean out the foam filters. If they clog it will just cycle sooner than desired temp, so as long as they are clean she's good 2 go. It easily keeps it low 40's, very good heat. Would replace tomorrow with same if this one died. 5+ winters in that environment is good. I wish it was still under $33 though. The app and phone control is priceless. *This probably isn't rated to be used in a chicken coop, I am using it as such at own risk.

Efficient and effective when strategically placed and monitored using the Smart Life app
I bought three of these, and the 1500-watt portable big brother, to add surgical heating points to an old, poorly insulated home, built during the turn of the twentieth century, which has typically burned up $500 or more a month in heating oil costs during the bitterly cold New England winter months. Using the remote control app (Smart Life) I can keep tabs on what temperature critical areas of the house are and change them from anywhere to keep my energy bills down by heating only the parts of the home I need to with precision and transparency. First of all, you have to install these by mounting them on a wall or other vertical, stable, flat surface. It comes with two screws and two plastic wall anchors and a disposable level with screw holes premeasured so that you can easily mark where to install the screws (or drill, if you’re using the anchors). Our house is so old that it has plaster walls, but I was able to mount two of the units using the screws without needing the anchors or having to find a stud, because the unit is very lightweight. (I tried using the included anchors with the first unit I installed but it turned out to be a waste of time, overkill, not necessary, because the heating units are so lightweight. I also recommend popping over to Lowe’s for some mollies if you’re going to go this route and have plaster walls, because plaster walls and plastic anchors don’t always mix well and can lead to nasty holes in the wall that won’t hold the anchor. I was lucky enough to avoid this outcome, but I opted to just use the included screws with the subsequent two units, and this resulted in a more stable insulation with less damage to the plaster.) All in all, the installations took about two or three minutes each. As for the Smart element of the units, they were a snap to connect to the Smart Life app; all four of them (the three wall-mounted units and the heavier-duty portable floor model) connected and registered with my Smart Life account on the first attempt. *** The critical secret to this part is to make sure that your wireless hot spot has a separate 2.4GHz connection point with a separate name (for example, MyHotspot24GHz vs MyHotspot50GHz) and make sure to connect the app to the 2.4GHz connection. *** Speaking from personal experience, the app will likely not allow you to connect any devices to your account if you’re connecting to a 5GHz hot spot that that offerS 2.4GHz connections but does not offer a separate connection point for the lower frequency, such as in the case of Google WiFi mesh networks). I have installed dozens of smart light bulbs, smart outlets, and devices using Smart Life, and that is the secret to getting everything up and running smoothly on that system. Another thing to mention is that while the unit outputs hot air, its primary means of heating a room is by emitting infrared radiation which heats surfaces in front of it; so for maximum effectiveness, think strategically about where to place the unit so that the surfaces it heats will maximize room temperature. At first I had the unit on the wall next to the couch, and it heated the arm of the couch but didn’t do much else for the room. Once I moved the unit to a more strategic location, it warms the room up impressively well. It also has an automatic economy mode where the operating wattage is cut in half when possible. It’s also extremely safe to use and has numerous features that protect you against accidental fire. When used strategically, coupled with

Bugs in the design make it dangerous.
I bought 3 total. I originally bought one to try it out. It seemed to work well, you can calibrate the thermostat, and it has a timer. Calibration was important because it did not match any other thermometer that I had which all are in 1 degree of each other. It shuts off if it tips over. The downside was that the thermostat is slow to respond; slower than others that I've experienced. The fan seemed to turn on on occasion to cycle air over the thermostat. It worked decently well for heating. So it seemed.... So, I added 2 more. One of the new one rattles and the thermostat reading seems to be all over the place compared to a trusty thermometer that I trust. Another, I placed in my daughter's room and it periodically would stay on if it didn't reach the desired temperature in some time. Upon checking, the touch screen was frozen and unresponsive. This demonstrated itself as repeatable. The last point makes this product 100% not safe and unusable. Not to mention that in the short time that I've had these, they raised the price by $30.

Great, if you don't mind inaccurate temps and scheduling
We loved the first we got for our first home (especially being able to set it on a schedule) so I upgraded all eight rooms of my office with them, as well as our new home--only to have this batch's thermostats read pretty inaccurate and, worst of all, their schedules don't reliably work. So though I have all of my work ones on schedules, effectively, I still have to go through each morning and each evening to make sure that they are set to the temp they should automatically be shifting to (grumble). Also, one of my office eight will not reliably stay wifi connected (i.e. I cannot control it remotely). While I still appreciate being able to control (most of) these remotely, I am very, very angry about the sudden decrease in quality. I certainly wouldn't have invested in changing the electrical at my office to accommodate these, had I known scheduling would not be a working feature. If you don't mind this only functionally being a heater you can control remotely, the price isn't bad, and the thermostat inaccuracies, while not consistent from device to device, do seem to be consistent within the device (e.g. always 5 degrees low). They also heat a 12x10 room pretty quickly and effectively, and are nigh impossible to burn yourself on, even if you stand right next to them for a long time (i.e. good for homes with kids or pets). And right now, unfortunately, it seems like they're the only thing on the market like it.
