Bought this diffuser based on its having the variety of features I wanted, as well as style, but its most basic function was a disaster. Condensation on the interior air filter would automatically stop diffusion - the included troubleshooting guide advises wiping it dry, which I did. If I didn't notice the interruption immediately, the motor continued running and heated the base while water ran down the outside to puddle underneath. It diffused again once the filter was clear, but the problem repeated itself within minutes.Meanwhile, any natural condensation on the cover ended up trapped between the bamboo and the plastic liner of the base. Even if everything else had worked fine, this would have been a long-term problem. For a product made to humidify, it's really not well-equipped to handle moisture of any kind. I fiddled with it for a few days to give it a fair chance, but ended up equally frustrated and disappointed, so I made the return. On the upside, my dishtowel smelled lovely after constantly mopping up the spilled water and essential oils.

My diffuser has not worked correctly since I reveivedit.The light button has stayed pushed in so the light doesn’t work.The timer buttons for the mist dispenser do not work at all, either.My bad for tossing the box out when I opened it. I wish I had returned it; today was the last day to do so, so it’s too late.If you want to spend all this money on a diffuser that doesn’t light up or function correctly, this is your diffuser. What a waste of money.

I would have liked this product except after just 4 uses it started to turn itself off after about 5 or 6 seconds, no matter which combination of light/mist I chose. Jiggling the plug at the back didn't seem to effect anything at all. It just turns off.

Like the look and shape of the Bre diffuser. This was my second diffuser purchase from this company. The Bre had great mist output and scent for my essential oils. However, I had to send it back as the light button got "stuck" after second day of use and would no longer power on.I also have the Mia model from Zeggia labs. That unit I've been using since August with no problems at all.

I pretty Like this cute stuff! It have simple nature look. Good material with handmade ceramic top and handmade bamboo base!also have 4timers: 1hrs, 3hrs, 8hrs and always on. warm night light. does not make any annoying console beeps.i made good choice 😉

The quality was not great. All of a sudden it has stopped working. It had water but just stopped, the light, nothing works

Works really well and is also pretty to look at!

I love this diffuser. It is elegant and makes me immediately feel calm.
