There might be some of you that have an Acer Nitro 5 and don't know if this will fit inside of the machine and yes, it does and it provides a 20% to 30% preformace boost. This is the cheaper option that works very well but if your looking for a serious upgrade get the hyper X impact RAM which works better for gaming over all. But this is a great product.

This was an add-on 8GB memory module for my laptop. It matched my existing module 100%, and has been performing fantastic! I added an 8G stick to my existing 8G stick (which matched PERFECTLY to the part number!) I would highly recommend this seller, and will use them again when the need arises. I purchased this particular DRAM module because it was the same type in my daughter's laptop. She had 8GB and an empty slot begging for another module. So, I snapped in this one and presto: 16GB. No problems at all. I ran a memory test on the laptop - no problems or errors. The seller: My package arrived well packaged, faster than promised and sealed with tamperproof tape to show it had not been opened. Upon installation, the memory "just worked". Simple as that. 100% satisfied and both thumbs up!

Took a picture of the ram that was in his laptop put in the model number on Amazon and this item popped up and was an exact match. Install it in my brothers laptop and it instantly recognized it. Fits, and works as expected. Unable to verified if the ram is new as other reviews stated but at 18$ USD it doesn't matter. Reminder to all users to run MEM86 to ensure the ram works as expected without errors.

Arrived as expected. Performs as expected. Works great on my machine.

When I received the item and looked at it, the outside sticker said "DDR4-2400," even though I ordered DDR4-2666. I'm thinking, urr, not one of those unreliable vendors again.... But looking inside, I could barely tell that the actual DIMM had VK in its model name. Hynix uses 2-letter code for different speeds, and VK is definitely 2666. So I opened it up, and found proper DIMM as I ordered. I put it into my Lenovo M715q (AMD Ryzen), which came with one of these, and doubled the RAM to 16GB, and more importantly, am now enabling dual-channel memory. In fact, I ordered this specifically because it is the exact match of what the Lenovo came with. I'm sure some other brand would have worked just fine, but since I could match it, I went that way.
