Helps Clean Behind The Bracket Of My Side
This brush is able to reach tight areas behind my brackets on my side teeth which really helps with the cleaning. Quality is great and performs as expected. Easy to use with slight learning curve. Great product at good price. If you see minor bleeding in the gun don’t worry it is safe to use. It just mean that the bacteria latching to the gums are now cleaned.

It hurts
I think it's for ppl with large teeth gaps? I'm confused. There's no problem with the product itself except that the comb bends easily when trying to get in between molars. But it doesn't even matter because the 2 times I tried using it, my gums were bleeding and it wasn't even getting in between the teeth and i didn't want to push any harder since i reckoned that would cause more damage than good. So i don't know what I'm going to do with these..but yeah, i didn't really face the issue of the bristles falling out like others have mentioned. Design is pretty versatile i just don't think it's meant for me....
