The most concentrated and has a bold, robust flavor that is essential to slow-cooked dishes, such as baked beans or barbeque sauces. Blackstrap is also an excellent source of Calcium and Magnesium and contains Potassium. It always delivers a big burst of flavor!

Higher levels of potassium and trace minerals essential for health
I was in a pedestrian accident caused by a 21-year-old uninsured motorist not paying attention to her driving. This resulted in severe injuries to my feet which caused painful leg cramps at night. I started taking a tablespoon of Brer Rabbit Blackstrap Molasses daily and the cramps became much less frequent. I researched and reviewed numerous alternatives, and this brand of blackstrap molasses seems to have more of the potassium I need than other brands I tried. I recommend it if you feel you might benefit from supplemental potassium. My only regret is that they changed the packaging to a wide mouthed jar from a narrow bottle which resulted in less mess. I wish they would offer the bottle to those who prefer that packaging.

Use this product in morning espresso with unsweetened plant based milk. I like the flavor it creates
