I take 4 with every meal. It's better to space the 12 out throughout the day for better absorption.

Pricey pricey pricey. Do they work? No way to really tell, but the manufacturer thinks so. After about a year of the inconvenience of taking 12 of these large tablets a day (spread over three doses), I relegated my health to other multis with these in one dose, fewer pills daily, and now supplement my supplements with them. Very expensive for a hoped-for unquantifiable result.

I've gotten pretty bad niacin flushing with these. My whole body gets hot, turns red, and itchy. It kicks in about 30 minutes after taking them, and lasts 30-45 minutes before my skin is no longer bright red.If I spilt the dose into two, I can avoid this and if I take them on a full stomach, I don't seem to get this. At first it was a little scary, but I think I've gotten used to it.Besides that, I think they are pretty good.
